On Friday, January 20, I was going to order six lunch specials for my individuals that I work with that have special needs/developmental disabilities . They enjoy lunch out every few weeks. I had to call in separate orders (which took forever for them to answer )since they do not have credit cards and need change back from their cash. . The person on the phone was very rude, and said she cannot take 6 orders . My coworker physically went in to the location on Chili Ave instead and they were rude also. They said it would be a two hour wait. Had to order a sheet pizza from another pizza place, much cheaper and better anyway anyways had a late lunch which did not go over well.

So, I used to love this Little Caesars because of the drive thru, and stopped going to it because even when I called in my order and they said to use the drive-thru no one paid attention to the window.
Edit: I called the store this morning and talked with Dave the Supervisor, who was very nice and is refunding my two pizzas. I’ll update the stars when that goes through.
Last night, I decided to try the delivery.
The pizzas were undercooked!
I ordered a Hawaiian that was still doughy! You can see it in the picture!
The sausage pizza, while not as obviously undercooked, was questionable as well. And I wouldn’t have nitpicked this except for the worse things.. but there was not cheese properly covering the whole pizza.
I’m so glad I ordered the cheesey bread too. Or I wouldn’t have had anything to eat while I tried to decide if I was going to eat the undercooked pizzas.

We ordered a stuffed crust pizza and bread sticks online. On the pizza, we asked for half cheese and half pepperoni. It came with full pepperoni. The pizza was fine. Now please take a look at the “bread sticks.” What is that??? All of them were like this. I wasn’t expecting Olive Garden quality but this is unacceptable.
What a waste of $20. We won’t be going back

Don’t ever go to the Little Cesars at Gates! We were told 45 min to an hour wait, but decided since we were already out here, we would still order. The woman was rude, said how can i help you like we were annoying her by just being there, then assumed after 1 pizza we were done and then when we said no, we want… and was going go ahead with our order and she in these exact words- “you know what, im not going help you”, and she walked away!!!!!! I dont care what kind of day youre having. No reason for an attitude because you’re having a rough day. She even proceeded to yell at us as we were walking out the door!!! Apparently you cant go to that pizza shop to order a pizza- its an inconvenience for them! Corporate will be hearing about this!

Mr. Pete Jones, who owns and operates the four Little Caesar’s on Dewey, Chili Ave, Lyell, and Monroe is such a great and generous guy! For the past few years he has donated around 30 hot n ready pepperoni pizzas for the altar servers at St. John’s in Spencerport. Mr. Jones cares about supporting service in the local community. When you buy food at one of these four locations, you can rest assured that Mr. Jones wants you to have great service and food quality for your dollar.

The cashier gave me a hard time with my gift card. I had a balance of $15. The machine won’t scan so I asked her to scan it with the hand held one. She said no and told me to call corporate. She said it really rude. When I asked her for her name, she questioned it then walked away. It was my 1st time there and last

The worst! Horrible customer service. The manager was rude and unprofessional. Waited an hour for an order I did online. They never made the pizza until I got there to pick it up. Staff was drinking iced coffee and chit chatting. Only one teenage girl was actually working. When I questioned this, there was no apology. Just another lie about how busy they were. There was not one car in the parking lot. Breadsticks were old and hard. When I asked the manager for her name, she said, “You don’t need my name,” and told me to “get out of here.” Not only should I have been refunded my money, but some sort of apology would have been the standard in most businesses. The owner of this store probably has no idea the employees are running this business to the ground.
