Employees during the evening shift are extremely rude, especially the morning shift on the weekends. They get upset when people complain about the slow service. Maybe the customers wouldn’t complain if more than 2 or 3 of the 10 employees on shift were actually doing their job and not just sitting around doing nothing expecting to get paid. I wouldn’t want to work with them! They have negative attitudes all the time. I’m so disappointed with how much this location has gone down hill. It wasn’t like this pre-pandemic…..smh

Went into the dining area at 6:30 pm had a special request that the kiosk doesn’t accommodate. Stood with my family and waited 8 minutes with another patron. We were never acknowledged. Multiple employees made eye contact but not a word was spoken. There was one open register that was unattended finally left much to the chagrin of my toddler who’s mind was lost at the absence of a Happy Meal. I would have gladly waited if I was acknowledged or asked to do so.

I placed an online order for two pies at like 10 pm Friday night. There were like 4 to 5 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. And I waited for 30 + plus minutes in the drive thru line. There was a point where the line sat still for like 15 mins. I get to the window expecting to see like 1 or 2 people working. And I see at least 6 people and no sense of urgency or care. I get home and the pies at not hot, not even warm. If they going to be this slow please at least provide decent product. I plan to never go to this location again.

Usually I’m not the one to complain, but this is how I opened my sandwich this morning to this!!! I always End always having to wait a very long time at window 2 for my change, they rush me at the order. Used my rewards coupon a couple times and still always manage to pay for an extra hash brown that I dont receive.. #dobetter #imsorry

This is usually my favorite McDonald’s however today after placing my order, the kiosk not printing a receipt, I couldn’t get anyone’s attention to come to the register to complete my order. Why don’t they just open the kitchen so we not only order and pay for our meals, but we could also prepare them…it would definitely improve service and quality.

Employees are kind, the food was typical of McDonald’s. Only issue was the drive-thru speed. It took 20 minutes just to get our food, though it was busy and I know the employees are overworked.
