I just ordered at 4:28 1/06/26 I triple checked on the app it said no American cheese. I can’t have dairy, I look at the receipt and it says no cheese. I open up the wrapper and there is cheese. I have a receipt and a picture of the burger. I got all the way home when I noticed, I didn’t check before hand because I’m currently dealing with a loss in the family and just wanted to be home

Their food is great unless you get the nuggets. They are good for only like 1 day after they clean the oil after that they get really really bad. Basically looks burnt and basically inedible.

Another fast food place whose prices have skyrocketed and quality has hit rock bottom. Used to love quarter pounder with cheese meal but now it isn’t edible. Meat is dry as a bone, bun is tasteless, and it seems as though they changed the cheese because it has a bad taste to it. Frys that used to be hot, crispy and delicious are now rubbery and you have to guzzle your drink after each bite to get it to go down because they are so dry. Food is just unpalatable.

This place takes forever. I don’t know who was running but I didn’t even get napkins in my bag. Had to ask for some. Out of slushy mango mix maintenance, obviously needs to change the fryer oil in my McChicken was obviously held in the cabinet too long “time temperature abuse”dry and hard. And very dark in color.

None of the staff was friendly. Made me pull around the drive-through to wait for them to bring my food out two seconds later. Place wasn’t even that busy ordered three of the new adult happy meals and they were too lazy to even put the trading cards in there for us. They have their phone off the hook you’re unable to contact them. Unable to go back up there to complain due to the fact that I had to get a ride to go up there and come back home. So unfortunately, make sure you check all of your bags every time you go to this McDonald’s.

Both lady’s at the window were so rude thaty 7 year old neice picked up on how rude they were . The 2nd lady that handed us the food told her thank you and she slammed the window shut and turned her back to us was going to ask for the sauce for the nuggets they forgot but she refused to acknowledge us and stood with her back to the window . Won’t stop here again don’t like your job quit no need to be rude to people who are being polite to you .

It’s McDonald’s.. Most are the same. This one was no exception. The service was quick and the girl was friendly. But as I sat down with my 10 year old daughter I could here a male in the kitchen practically yelling fu*k twice. I was not the only only one there with young children.

Went through drive through. Got a kids happy meal and 2 mcdoubles and a large fry w medium coke. The fries were burned and greasy, AND the mcdoubles looked like they have been under a hot lamp for hours. Im calling the health dept.
