Our experience here at Chili’s was amazing! Our waitress Tanya was fabulous! She always had a smile, attentive to her customers. We had a problem with our food and she corrected it for us. Tanya went above and beyond with her service I will definitely be back just to see her again.

Pleasantly surprised!! Overall the quality of food was fantastic! We tried the ribs/honey chicken tenders and would highly recommend both!! The bar service wasn’t the best- server clearly only liked your company if you ordered hard alcohol or was a “regular” to the bar. However, I would try again because the food was absolutely delicious!

Service here is always wonderful. Workers are very friendly and attentive and I never have to wait long to be helped. The atmosphere is nice, I like the layout with the bar in the center, it allows a lot of privacy in booths. It can get busy but it’s rarely very noisy. My only complaint would have to be that the food isn’t always seasoned very well, so you may need to add salt or sauce. Otherwise the steak is always made the way you want and very tender, the veggies are well cooked and fresh and the drinks are great. I especially like the different margaritas they offer and was surprised when for the price of one, I got the shaker so essentially got 3 glasses for the price of one. I will say the floor is a bit weird and uneven with the bricks and I imagine I’m not the only one who trips now and then, but that’s not really anyone’s fault.

I’m not really the kind of guy to write reviews but I just wanna say something alright, so basically me and my family came to this restaurant and everything was good, then when it came to paying I guess the waiter didn’t like the tip, and look I can agree that the tip my family gave the waiter was a little low, but then the way he acted after, I just consider that to be extremely unprofessional, I work in the restaurant buisness also, and trust me I’ve had my fair share of bad tips, but I never act like that in front of customers, I’m not trying to bring you guys down but I feel like it’s just so unprofessional and rude to act like that, even I was considering giving the guy a bigger tip, but after he acted like that? Absolutely not, again, I just feel like I had to bring this up because I’ve never seen a waiter act like that before, he was a bald white guy with glasses so again, just had to clear this up, the food was very good though.

Wow! I’m blown away by their kindness. I went in tonight to check a gift card balance, and when it turned out, there was nothing on it, the manager went ahead and covered my meal! No strings attached, just wanted to do something kind before Christmas. It’s expensive to eat out anymore, so if you’re going to splurge do it here.

The Monte crew is back at Chilis!!! On our visit today, it took about 4 minutes to be seated and there was no one in the front end of the restaurant to greet us. The server sat us.
The restaurant was decently clean. Once we ordered, the drinks were super quick.
Blue lagoon drinks for the kids and they loved it. The drinks took literally 3 minutes to arrive.
Appetizer took 4 minutes
We had our food ready within 15 minutes of ordering!!! Way to go, I didn’t even finish my salad. My drink was was a Blue Agave Margarita, a little sweet but delicious. After eating though the sweetness was too much for me so I asked for it to be removed. Blah!
There was no silverware given and we asked for it a few times. No napkins either.
The condition of the bathroom was not pleasant. I did hear servers discussing reviews while walking by the tables. Very unprofessional. If reviews are top priority, then the cleanliness and attention to customers should be priority. Not reviews!
The server was friendly and very patient with my children which is a big win in my book. All in all I would rate this visit to chili’s as a 6 out of 10.

Tonight was the best experience we have ever had with Chili’s. Our server Ethan was incredible. He went above and beyond to make out experience nice. He was also training a girl named Sylvia. The Food was the best it’s ever been as well. Ty Ethan for being great!! He deserves a raise.:)

Went to get the Veteran’s Day deal, love Chili’s for giving some love back to its service members! Brought my proof of service and got a delicious meal with great service! Their chicken is outstanding (honestly, the whole chicken meal was superior to B’Dubs, including the fries, plus they have “the good ranch”)! My fiance treated himself to a nice steak meal and the onion rings were great too! The whole meal was outstanding from start to finish, and didn’t even have a wait at the door!
