Took my special needs son for lunch today at this location. Placed a mobile order, waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. I got an email verification for my order and a code for pickup in the mobile app. I give my code at the speaker and the employee verified my name but tried to tell me Im at the wrong location. I check- no she is wrong. Then she tells me my order didn’t go through. So which is it? So I ask how to go ahead and find a solution to the issue so I don’t have to disappoint my son. He has Down syndrome- he is excited that we are at his favorite restaurant and now I have to leave empty handed. The employee tells me she doesn’t know how to fix the issue or get my money back- that I will have to pay extra now because the app took my coupon. Thanks alot for the help! Now I have to console my son who doesn’t understand why he couldn’t get food at McDonald’s for lunch.

horribly slow. coming here for lunch on my break from work and ordered through the app to be faster. waited 20 minutes for ONE meal. obviously need to fire weak workers and hire better people. managers are also to blame. I am sitting in the drive through STILL after waiting 15 minutes. horrible management and staff. get better employees. would give 0/5 stars if i could.

I ordered 2 combo meals was asked to pull forward when I waited 15 minutes the food was cold. Chicken nuggets was so hard and cold along with cold fries. I didn’t even eat it. Spending 23.98 for 2 meals was disappointing. I won’t be back. If I could give negative stars I would. DONT come here! The owner should be a shamed your staff serving bad food.

Waited 45 minutes to a cold burger and half frozen fries. I took the food back to get a refund and waited another 25 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. The manager was throwing the food and wasn’t rude but not a professional attitude

My son loves McDonald’s, So every now and again, as a treat, I will get him McDonald’s. We live right down the road from this one. But in all honesty, I dread having to go there. I have waited over 40 minutes for a mobile order that I placed, that I was picking up inside. I’m sorry, but that is ridiculous. And, there is never anybody at the counter to greet you. They just look at you, if you’re even that lucky. I’ve been there on busy days, and non-busy days, and somehow I am still waiting 20 minutes or more for my mobile order. They do seem severely shortstaffed, and I get that. But if you are that short staffed that you cannot complete customer orders in a timely fashion, then this restaurant shouldn’t be open. They seem to focus more on drive-through, then in store. But even then, drive-through takes a while too! Fast food is no longer fast food. You are better off going to an actual restaurant and get better quality food for the time that you wait. This McDonald’s used to be good back in the day. It’s sad to say go downhill so badly. Oh, and I also want to say, being short staffed, doesn’t give you a right to be rude, and not acknowledge people when they walk in. The least you could do is say hi and that you’d be right there when you can. It really doesn’t take that much effort.

Service is terrible. Both managers were very rude and nasty. The manger that is a women was so rude on the microphone. I asked her to remake my drink and she gave me hard time and also put her hands in my face and then stormed off when I asked for her boss.

Hey guys, there’s not much to say about McDonald’s. In my opinion, every one of them is the same as far as the quality of the food. The only difference is the customer service, which wasn’t that great. I went through the drive-through, and it was after 10 p.m. There was a long wait. I ordered two five-dollar meals: one chicken and one cheeseburger for my daughters. I don’t eat them unless they are free, and then I only want the McCafee.

This McDonald’s is perhaps one of the cleanest in the area, however the service is a little slow sometimes, perhaps due to the amount of the orders they receive especially online orders. The staff are friendly and seem to be doing their best to fulfill orders as fast as they can. They always apologize when the orders take too long. I do not fault them.
