They advertise that they are hiring for ‘premium pay’. Honestly, with the demand to increase minimum wage and a subsequent reduction in work force, I get it. The tables here are covered in crumbs and wrappers, trash overflowing, etc. But if you demand premium pay, you better be worth it. The price of fast food has gone thru the roof, and the product has gone way downhill, as well as the atmosphere inside the restaurant. Not worth it anymore.

Came in late, burger was hot and fresh but about 1/5th of the party was missing. No soda machines so no refills. With the price of fast food now days a person should at least be able to refill their drink.

Less teens who can comprehend simple orders would be nice i did a mobile order came to the drive through and said my code to then be told to pull up and wait (thats fine) but i then proceeded to wait for 45 minutes for them to forget my order and then short me on my food.

I spent 20 minutes waiting for a big Mac combo. She came up and asked if “this is your food” with other people’s orders 5 times. I told her it was a big Mac combo, she said ok. After 20 minutes I ended up parking and going inside to get it myself.

Staff lied about the dining area being closed. They all ended up saying at 10 P.M. that the door was accidentally left open and that they were closed. They did let us use the bathroom. When we left. We noticed that the door was still left open and then our food when we went through the drive-through was freezing cold and toasted like it was just reheated. Despite taking forever to get the food. It was the entire group of them attempting to avoid working.

Seriously what happened to this place? Super slow, orders are rarely correct. Order a sugar free iced coffee and their entire work flow is discombobulated. No personalities. Order at kiosk and cant even ask a question because no one acknowledges the front counter customers AT ALL. This used to be the best one around now its the absolute worst. I did fast food for 25 yrs. Its really not that hard when you just genuinely care about what you’re doing.

Look I’ve been to all types of McDonald’s all over the country but this has got to be the only one I have ever been to that misses the entire concept of the word “fast” in fast food.
They are obviously understaffed and undertrained at this location, this is made obvious by the fact that they constantly have lines wrapped around the restaurant and even tonight I found myself sitting around waiting ten minutes behind one car just to place a drive thru order.

5/10 Ate inside tables are not cleaned off, service was very slow. Explain to me how a family ordered at the same time get their orders at 20 minutes apart. The gentleman talked to the manager, showed her his receipt, the time stamp and her attitude was, we are short staffed. 5 orders including ours came out before theirs. So that doesn’t make sense. The order was forgotten, accept the mistake, and just correct the mistake. Custo.ers are looking for accountability and that they are being heard, not excuses.Get customer training for managers, especially on how to treat customers and staff and get rid of the unnecessary attitude.

Second similar experience here. The staff is now conditioned to fill app orders and doesn’t seem to take notice of register customers the store was dirty upon opening, every table and the floor was littered with crumbs and debris. It’s a shame, I feel the app is great for speeding things up but you can’t ignore the customers at the counter and no excuses for a dirty dining area upon opening for business. Mickey D’s does it right but this store seems to be struggling with the dining room
