The crew members specifically the lady who works in the front is very very slow and takes very long time to get the order, prepare the order and for one refill she took like 2 minutes despite the fact she wasn’t very busy but it seems she enjoys keeping customers wait. This isn’t the first time!

Yeah this place is terrible. The employees have an attitude 24/7 and will dismiss you and ignore you to give you attitude if you ask for anything extra. Forget the drive thru. We came here because of the play place, it was absolutely filthy and the separate room it’s in didn’t have AC. It was sweltering hot my kid couldn’t even play. The whole McDonald’s didn’t have AC in this 95° weather. The bathroom is so small my stroller barely fit inside the super small room to get to the stalls. The single stall is so small the door almost hits the toilet, a definite squeeze to get into the stall. The burgers are abysmal and even the french fries taste like cardboard and old unchanged oil. This place needs new management or it needs to be reported to hopefully fix all the issues it has. NT COMING BACK EVER!!

I went through the drive through and gave my mobile order code. The employee then repeated it and said I was at the wrong location. I picked my kids up from school with no food and returned after verifying it was the right location. I walked in this time and had the manager on duty verify the location and my order. She then explained to me she couldn’t give me my food because I had not gone through the drive through. She said the only solutuon was to cancel my order instead of handing me the food they already had made for me.
With employees that lie to their customer, managers who are incapable of handing people food, this has to be the worst run franchise in the area. I have never been twice to a location and still not gotten food I had ordered until 3:01 PM on November 7th 2025.

It’s McDonald’s…BUT whoever is cooking the food….knows what they are doing. I’ve visited a lot of McDonald’s in my time. They are all cookie cut so they are all the same, except for this one. It’s like whoever is putting these burgers together actually care about what they are doing. I’ve been coming to this one for about 5 weeks now as I’m on a business trip so this review isn’t a one off.

Absolutely one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to hundreds. Food was cooked right and actually tasted good. Ice cream was made without spilling all over the place. Friendly staff little bit slow but still friendly. Overall cleanliness was extremely good, the entire soda machine area was fully stocked ketchup and napkins straws and all. They even go as far as to put the expiration date for the ketchup inside the pump on the handle.
Very unique interior design Style and the first time I’ve ever seen customer checkout registers. Definitely like this place.

tried to order in a truck with someone in the passenger seat worker was unable to hear her order her food so she leaned closer to the driver window accidentally bumping the horn. as soon as the horn honked for a second they refused us service

The people at the drive thru weren’t even listening and then when I went up to the window they didn’t even have my order correct. Then when my granddaughter tried asking a question the lady ignored her. So disrespectful to a child. And then the lady said I’m listening to her in a disrespectful voice. Terrible service never coming back

It’s faster to drive to a different mcdonalds than to wait in their line, repeat your order 5 times, and have them still get it wrong I go back every once in a while because the location is convenient, but every time I get burned. Typically it’s by short lines with long wait times, this time it was ordering 2 things and having them still get 1 wrong (no substitutions, nothing complicated or off menu). I’m not going to be going to this location again.
