Ordered the Big Mac meal. I had not had a Big Mac in about 2 years. When do the drive-thru right after lunch time. The fries were hot and the burger tasted great. My Sprite with easy ice was just like I like it. This location seems to have its act together.

My food was a bit late, 4 people got theirs ordering after me and that did make me a Lil grumpy BUT! The Gentleman in the window was pleasant and apologetic and my food was hot and cook perfectly. To the dude in the durag, you did your dudiligence and made sure my food was wonderful, I hope whatever happened to make my order late did not have a terribly negative impact on your day.

Also if you give a McDonald’s a one star review because the food you ordered was a bit off, maybe go for a hike next time. It seems like you need some relaxing outdoor activities, getting you blood pressure checked is also probably a good idea. If you’re writing paragraphs for anything other than money or fun you need some kinda help brah.

I come through this drive through 4 days a week.I deal with the same two or three ladies , we always cut up and laugh… I order on the app because I feel like it’s easier for someone to look at what I want to make it CORRECTLY since Im buying it. One of the ladies I normally speak with was on the speaker and I ordered an additional 2 pumps of liquid sugar separately in a separate cup for coffee that I already have. And that was in addition to my mobile order this morning…I told the lady i usually deal with “I’ll pay for it.I just needed 2 more shots..” i got up to the window and had my card out expecting to see the lady i normally see. Instead , it was a lady I rarely or never see with a headset on her head , pushing my coffee out the window to me. I had my card in my hand to pay…”Here you go” She said. Went to close window….I told her I needed the 2 shots. She told me she put extra sugar in there. While looking at her drive thru headset, I reminded her it was for another coffee I had. She reached down in front of her and got about 8 packs of sugar and pushed them out to me. I said,” Liquid sugar.” She heard the order and its written on some screen in front of her… So with no one behind me, she gestures for me to pull up, “I’ll bring it up there to you!” She beat me to the 3rd window. I was stunned by how rude this lady was as im not used to this garage attitude out of your store. On the way to work I stuck my straw in my coffee i’m sure you can imagine a surprise.I got when I got a mouth full of gritty sugar. She put extra sugar in alright… Not to mention the three pumps of liquid sugar that should have been in there that I paid for 2 of. So in addition to her not taking the money for the additional shots that I wanted.She also put gritty sugar in Cold Coffee clearly not knowing that it doesn’t dissolve-because it’s cold coffee. Paid for the extra sugar and she didn’t put it in there, but she gave me the other ones for free. So maybe you wanna look at make sure people get what they pay for and order, and don’t get allowed to leave with extra stuff. Furthermore, if you cant do both, either be pleasant OR get the order right. Check your cameras though to verify this is exactly what happened, please.

McDonald’s is on point! Great breakfast super tasty. Not to mention great customer service the young man on the first window this past Sunday morning December 14. Was so sweet and kind and had great eye contact and excellent customer service Voice.
One piece of feedback. We had to go inside to use the restroom and there was a very foul smell.

I needed a refill for my Coca Cola and went to the drive-thru. I couldn’t go into the restaurant because I have a broken leg that has been in a heavy cast for almost 3 months + it’s very snowy and icy and I don’t want to fall again. It’s very difficult for me to walk with crutches and I’m nearly 70. In addition, I haven’t been feeling well for the last 3 days.
The fellow taking the orders said I could get the refill, but when I arrived at the second window, the nasty, mean, uneducated, angry harridan supervisor told me I was attempting to steal food from them. She then threatened to call the police 3 times. She apparently isn’t able to handle the stress from her low-paying fast food job that causes this intense ire and belligerence.
She has no common sense and very poor judgement and seems better suited to working alone, at night, cleaning toilets.
I called the group, Mandovi Enterprises – owned by a family from India that operates this franchise and others – and spoke to someone, who said she would get back to me regarding this issue. That never happened. I called back 20 minutes later, and was told they would give me tap water. I’m very susceptible to bacterial infections and can’t drink anything but bottled water. That was their solution? What cheap and low behavior and greed – all over $1.50. They actually wanted me to pay for another coke.
I drove over to a McDonald’s in Cleveland and without any questions was given a refill.
What does all this say about the Mentor restaurant owners!
EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ABSOLUTELY DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THE SITUATION OR THE CUSTOMERS!

The quarter pound burger and the fries were both sub par. The burger was barely warm, and the fries were on the soggy side. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, but it still took over ten minutes to get my order. Very unsatisfying.

I had my food delivered to me. I had 2 sausage egg micmuffins. 2 burritos meal and a stake cheese bagel. And the completely forgot a whole meal. So I got one sausage eggs muffin meal when I was supposed to get two. And it wasn’t for me it was for my family. I’m not getting my money back for it either because they don’t want to. I called up and they don’t have any phones working. If your going to be a business maybe make sure all the food is there before you pack it all and send it

Worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. Everything about this place is wrong. The prices are higher than every other mcdonalds. The service is slow. My order was wrong. My nuggets were old and hard. My burger was half cooked and grease soaked through the packaging and the bag and onto my car. They didn’t follow any of the customized burger options either. You name it, they screwed it up. In the end I got cold wrong expensive food and now I need to clean my car.

This was a typical McDonald’s restaurant. They almost forced you to use the Kiosk. We did have a problem with that. It would not place our order. Had a difficult time getting someone to assist us. Another patron had the same issue we did. It was not our fault
