Stopped by for a late lunch on a Monday afternoon. The service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. Our server made us feel right at home and ensured we had everything we needed as we dined. The menu has plenty of options–burgers, wings, salads and sandwiches. My hubby chose the Cuban sandwich and I went with the bacon cheeseburger. Both were delicious and very filling! I also grabbed the Moose Mix Up (variety of appetizers) to start. Onion Rings were a little salty but everything else was tasty. Great spot with lots of TVs!!

I’m honestly so over Locos not having an idea what extra crispy is. The skin is rubbery and zero crisp every time. I have to take home and cook an extra 15-20 min myself. Also, if you give the option on your online ordering sites for all flats, then they have a responsibility to tell the customer not only are they not going to give them all flats, they are going to give you FOURTEEN drumsticks and only 6 flats in your 20 piece order. I understand if you have to do half of each with a 20 piece order, but you should have the ALL FLATS option removed and certainly not give fourteen drumsticks(which are nasty). They also gave the smallest they must have. I paid much more extra for Uber to deliver since I couldn’t come pick up myself, but it seems anytime I keep ordering from here, it seems they give the worst they have. I know this because when I pick up, it will be done as asked. They have never extra fried or sent extra crispy, but at least I can fix that by cooking longer. But giving a long time customer mostly all drumsticks is such bs and I’m so over it. I never complain, so I can’t feel bad about finally laying this out there. While I’m at it, they changed from the Ranch they used to serve because I was told it was more of an expense, but the recipe used for the ranch they’ve been using a few years now, let’s just say, they need to adjust that recipe for sure. I just add Ranch seasoning to doctor it up. Disappointed Locos!!

Never left a bad review but this place warrants it ALLY is a horrible manager . My first time being here 10 wings are 15.99! I decided to still go for it anyway . WORST decision ever I got it roasted and tasted exactly like papa John’s wings on a bad day! I tried to tough it through then decided to get a burger because it was too uncomfortable to eat I talked to the manager and asked if I could get my wings compt she said NO because I didn’t only eat 1 . I left there so unsatisfied and spending way more than necessary should have went to akedemia ! Never coming here again ALLY the manager seems like she’s not fit to run a food service business. ALSO if you like precooked wings that you can taste the second hand cook on it come here. Ally (the manager) told me that most restaurants here do that and I’ll be getting that same taste to justify it which shows her level of accountability and professionalism because THAT is UNTRUE

We had a bad experience a couple of years ago, but decided to give them a try to see if things had changed. Well, our server Taylor made us feel like we were VIP customers. This is our second trip in and Taylor has still managed to impress us with her professionalism and knowledge. The food was great and we will continue to show our support to Loco’s.

We went loco for Locos Grill. We had the pleasure of stopping in here on our way out of town. The atmosphere is super fun and I can imagine the bar being great during games or a fun night out. They have large tables, booths and bar seating.
In terms of food we tried the fried pickles, the Sunshine Salad, burger, and the Cuban sandwich , Cajun fries, along with some excellent drinks. The service was overall great but when busy it can be a bit lacking.
They also have ♿ handicap accessible ️ parking, seating, and restrooms. Also they have an extensive menu for kids.

Just when I thought customer service no longer existed….Omggggg this place was amazing, I was visiting athens ga. To see my dad in hospital, and thus place lifted my spirits,,,I met George and Crystal, they gave me exceptional service and suggested I try the wings. I will most definitely be back. We came here for supper on 09/14/25.
Most of The food was really good. The Mac and cheese was very dry and unappetizing today. However, the side salad was great. Except that instead of just charging me to upgrade my regular side, that came with my sandwich. They charged me the whole $3.50 for a premium side. I get that if I ordered the premium side by itself, it should be $3.50, but just to upgrade the side that was supposed to come with my sandwich, and charge me the full $3.50. I do not feel was right. Then on top if that they charged me $.99 for additional salad dressing. Anyway, our experience overall was great!! But, Just miffed about the side being full price instead of a $1-$2.00 upgrade charge. Which is what the server originally told me. I would not have opted to do the side salad at all, if I had known between it and the dressing it would be an extra $4.50.

After being seated, we waited approximately 15 minutes before the waitress took our drink and food order. After placing the order, we waited an additional 15 minutes or more and still did not receive our drinks. My husband then had to get up and ask when our drinks would be ready. Even after that, it took another 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive.
During this entire time, we observed other tables around us being served their food and drinks while we were ignored. The waitress appeared impaired, as she was extremely jittery, unfocused, and inattentive.
Due to the excessive delays and lack of service, we informed her that we would pay for the drinks and leave. Only then did she mention they were waiting on our fries. By that point, the experience was unacceptable and beyond repair.
This was one of the worst dining experiences we have had. We will not be returning, and we do not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Everything was soooo good!!! Me and my daughter split an Appetizer Sampler and Kids Mac N Cheese with Fries. The potato skins were delicious. The chicken tenders, Fried Mozarella, Mac N Cheese and Fries were all good. The Onion Rings were unique and I’ve only had some like them at a place in Gatlinburg and they are soooo Crispy and good. So glad they had them here. Oh and the Chips and Queso appetizer was perfect! We finished all our food, including the chips.
Service was good and quick. Our order was accurate. Fair prices.
Highly recommend! Wish we lived closer.
