I don’t eat McDonald’s often. I do take advantage of the App. Love the 2 for 1 deals. Using the loyalty program gets you something free on occasion. And, them frappucinos are expensive, but life is too short to not have one of them yearly or when traveling.

I’m not usually the person to write reviews but I’m just so frustrated with the poor quality service I get every single time I come through the line. Workers seem to always have some type of attitude or there is always something wrong or forgotten. For example, last time I came I ordered extra sweet and sour sauce and didn’t get any but I brushed it off bc it happens. Then I came through today and order extra sauce again, even asked the worker if there was sauce in the bag before I left, she said yes but there wasn’t any.. again. I’m a very understanding person but I’m just not sure how the sauce is forgotten every single time even when I verbally asked in person.

I don’t know what is with this place lately. When I order a double cheeseburger or mcdouble with no onion it means no onions. Not onions hidden in between the patties. This happens every single time lately. I cannot stand the mcdonald onions and they absolutely ruin the burgers for me.

Oh my goodness me, the food is and tastes, fresh and fantastic. I enjoyed the atmosphere old friends meeting. Family or to. Couple people by themselves. A few working on their business ideas or studying. I just felt that that local place where everybody goes. Enjoyable experience great food.

Ive been coming to this restaurant since being a kid and trust me when I say this establishment will never learn how to properly make french fries. Dont even bother just dont order them. You will be picking thru them looking for the good ones like so many people I know. Other than that I usually get good food here Im just so mad about the fries. Im talking 10 years of soggy or over cooked and unsalted fries that are never filled correctly. Must be the ownership. This is a picture of 2 (large) fries filled halfway. I have to order a large here just to get a medium.

one of the worst places I’ve ever been. Staff is always rude they always act entitled. What could you really expect from McDonald’s. right now as we speak there are five cars including myself that they have pulled off to the side so we don’t take up their line. Yet there is nobody else in line. So they’re trying to keep their drive-thru numbers low by parking five cars at 1 in the morning. Absolutely stupid.

This McDonald’s is one of the worst McDonald’s in Lorain and it’s sad because there is only 2 in town. It’s full of mentally handicapped people that are so incompetent they can’t get an order correct if it was their own order. McDonald’s has went down in quality and customer service since Covid started and the prices have rose. My opinion is that they should fire everyone on McDonald’s staff and rehire much older people that care about what people think about them. These people have an attitude toward everyone in the drive-thru and have people waiting for an hour to give food and still got it wrong. I asked for a manager and he never came out. The only reason this place even got a 1 star from me is because I don’t have the ability to take stars away from them.
