I ordered some food and 2 caramel frappes and this is what I received. When I complained it was the manager that made these and tried to tell me these were correct. I will never go to this location again. They simply do not care. By the way this was supposed to be extra caramel.

Why does this location charge so much more than other locations.. $2 more for a large shamrock shake than the other McDonald’s in the area.. and it wasnt even made well wasnt even mixed good. Did not taste very well.. shame on you McDonald’s. This is not the 1st time ive noticed higher prices at this location than others. $5 more for dinner boxes.

Hardest workers I’ve ever seen! The staff was polite, friendly, and really working their tails off. What stood out most was that they actually looked like they were having fun while doing their jobs, which you don’t see often.
A young man at the counter noticed me waiting around and kindly let me know that I needed to pay before they could make my food. If he hadn’t spoken up, I probably would’ve been standing there a while. I really appreciated the help and the great service.

Literally what the heck is this I got more ranch then meat! Which i didnt even order! I ordered spicy not ranch. I get a lot of McDonald’s and frequently go to this one but have since gone to Levitt road McDonald’s becsuse they have better customer service and better food. Not this skimpy crap.

This McDonald’s is horrible, Everytime I order ahead through the app I stiles get it but most of the time at this location am told to park and wait, and then I will end up sitting there for 15-25 minutes and when you do get your food after waiting half the time you are missing something and are either told to wait even longer or given right away. It’s not all of the staff some of them are very nice but most of them are snobby and act like they aren’t getting paid dragging there feet, I mean it’s ridiculous that no one seems to have customer service that brings the food out, I’m sick and tired of this McDonald’s you can call an call but they never change only gets worse here unfortunately.

The food was good, but the wait was long. This location usually has big lines, and it took forever to get my order. I always see long lines at this McDonald’s whenever I drive by, so the slow service seems normal for them.

This location is HORRIBLE!! I think the pictures speak for themselves!! I ordered extra tartar sauce and they put it in a chicken nuggets box?! They used a plastic sauce cup with lid last time! They charge you extra for the sauce too and I couldn’t even use it because who wants to use sauce out of a cardboard container?! Not sure what kind of employees they have working there either because they can’t even put tartar sauce on a fish sandwich correctly! My son’s was the same way!! Very disappointed EVERY time I go there, so I won’t go to this location anymore.

Horribly staffed location, employees stand around and don’t really try to help while you stand and wait for your order. ( fries had hair in them due to no one wearing hair nets)
The kiosk oders are not delivered like they are supposed to be like at any other Mc Donald’s in the country. They just bag it up and say who’s order is this. While the order is missing items. The place is a filthy mess, overflowing trash cans, fries all over the floor right next to an employee, trash on most tables in the dining area.
The bathroom actually looked ok, so it must have literally just been cleaned.
