Thrilled to find this fantastic place in Avon! They really live the farm to table/local ingredients and it was all so delicious. Love the unique menu items as well. The salad with sorbetto is such a lovely, refreshing surprise. The berry lasagna was crispy, not too sweet, creamy! Seafood ravioli rocked! So much delicious lobster and shrimp, the sauce light but full of flavor. The staff was welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. Thank you Lilly and Darren! Such a warm and cozy place. Pomegranate Margarita, try it! Homemade lemoncello to end the night, can’t be better.

Visiting for the weekend and made reservations for 7:15. Arrived and we were happily greeted by the owner who seated us immediately. Inside is very warm and inviting, everyone looks like they are enjoying themselves. We started with the burrata with fresh peaches, tomatoes and bread appetizer and it was delicious. Then our waitress surprised us with a complimentary appetizer of mushroom ricotta and balsamic glaze. Also enjoyed a cocktail and bottle of Chianti. For the main course, we ordered the daily special of ricotta and mushroom ravioli and wild boar ragu, lobster ravioli with shrimp and seafood broth, and a traditional bolognese. All three had such amazing flavors, tender pasta, and just a perfect hint of spice to them. We finished with two desserts, a torta de clementine and traditional tiramisu. They also brought us a complimentary after dinner liqueur of cherry limoncello. The evening was perfect, our waitress extremely attentive and the owner was just as nice coming by a few times to chat and check in with us. We left and he said goodbye and to enjoy our evening. We definitely will be coming back and would recommend this to everyone! The owner described the restaurant as mountain inspired Italian.

You know this place is going to be good when you’ve got the owner greeting everyone and making sure everything is running as it should. The attention to detail at this restaurant is top notch! This is an excellent mountain twist on Italian food. The wine selection is fantastic! We ordered the Tutti spread, Lasagna, and the Pappardelle Bolognese. The Limoncellos at the end of dinner was the cherry on top Such a nice touch! Good job!!

This is now one of my favorite restaurants and I can’t wait to travel back to Colorado to go again. From the moment you are greeted your experience begins. Kyle was our water and he was top notch. He even asked all 5 of our names and then remembered them. The fresh farm to table food was phenomenal. The bolognese was as delicious as in Italy. The lobster ravioli was full of lobster meat Nd flavorful. The unique sorbet salad and the apps did not disappoint. I can’t say enough good things about Fattoria except I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you for the wonderful experience….until next time

Nerio was our server and he was exceptional! He was well spoken on the menu and an excellent guide of their extensive wine list. The pasta Bolognese was one of the best I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten it in Italy before! We were there for my boyfriend’s birthday and he was given a delicious Tiramisu, lit candle too. My only complaint was the difference between the men’s and women’s bathrooms. My boyfriend enjoyed beautiful sexy Italian women on the walls of the men’s restroom while I enjoyed Italian scenery on the walls of the women’s restroom. Honestly, I’d love to see some gorgeous Italian men in my bathroom too! I included the women’s bathroom pics and an example of a few sexy Italian men that us ladies wouldn’t mind looking at

My family of four enjoyed dinner at Fattoria. My son ordered the lasagna and enjoyed all of it even though it was huge! We even loved the zucchini in the lasagna! Each dish that we ordered was unique and delicious. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The berry lasagna was to die for!

My boyfriend and I went here for a date while we were skiing in Colorado. The ambiance was absolutely amazing! They had delicious wine, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and added to the romantic mood. They gave us samplers on the house which were to die for. All our food was a 10/10, particularly dessert and the pasta. We had such a fun night with the best backdrop and food. We’ll be coming back!

What made the experience so special was the care shown by Steve, one of the partners / head of ops. He greeted us as if we were dear friends (we share a Boston connection). From there, the experience only got better. Service was stellar, the wine was superb, and the meal was memorable.
Fattoria is our new favorite restaurant in Vail Valley. Highly recommend getting a reservation whenever you’re looking for an amazing meal. We loved the lobster ravioli, bolognese, and rapini. 10 out of 10!
