If I could leave less stars I would. I waited in a parking spot for 16 minutes for a double quarter pounder with cheese with no ketchup and pickle. A Mc chicken, and 10pc nugget with hot mustard. Had to turn around because they forgot the McChicken. Gave me sweet and sour instead of hot mustard and when. I got home I noticed I had a single quarter pounder with everything on it with a patty so burned I can’t even eat this. Never again will I go to this McDonald’s. Ever!

Outrageous price increases. You have to use to buy one get one free on their app. A year and a half ago the hamburger was 99 cents now it’s 2:40. Yeah that’s what happened.

I wish I could say this is a random occurrence but this is pretty typical from Grafton McDonalds. Large meal came with medium fries and there is more sauce on the outside than on the inside of the sandwich. That plus the finger marks all over the bun make this inedible. Cant even eat the dinner I paid for.

Waiting way too long at the second window for cold fries…17 minutes! No one was in line inside. No apologies were given. We were even served before the van in the parking spot ahead of us . Employee brought multiple meals in a container at the same time. Will not recommend!

Went to the drive thru today at 10:42am. I ordered quarter pounder without cheese meal and even told them make sure it is has no cheese. They pulled me up to window 2 to wait for the order. I waited about 5 mins I saw the box with the white slip on it saying quarter hamburger. I pulled out of the parking lot open it up has cheese all over it. They NEVER get the order right. Very frustrating and the job should not be that hard to follow simple requests.
