Every single time we go there something is messed up. I got a cheeseburger the other day with no meat. Today got a large fry that had maybe a medium worth of fries in there. If you call the manager she just says well we have new people. My daughter has autism so she always wants chicken nuggets so we are here a few times a week. Looks like we will have to travel to a different McDonalds if they can’t get there stuff together.

If you are in any type of time crunch, do not go to this mcdonalds. I waited half an hour for my curbside pickup order before I went inside, completely defeating the purpose of doing a curbside order. They had marked in the app that they had already brought my food to me probably hoping to not look like it had taken as long as it had. This mcdonalds has been horrible for at least twenty years and I should’ve known not to go back, but I was in the area and going for convenience.

They are mostly nice here but their food is inconsistent. I also feel that because I have been visiting this location for the last two weeks multiple times a week, they are getting fed up with me. I ask for extra sauce on my breakfast bagel and the workers here act like they have to pay for the sauce themselves. Yesterday when I asked for extra sauce, they barely gave me any sauce. Today I said ordered them normally, and they gave me ZERO breakfast sauce and my bagel was hard and burnt. I couldn’t eat it. Today was my last visit. I will be contacting corporate to get my money back for the inedible bagels. I don’t understand why the workers here act like putting extra condiments on a sandwich is the end of the world. Y’all are lazy and don’t deserve my business.

This is probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I asked for water which should be a simple task and they somehow gave me sparkling water. I then went around and tried to give the water back so they can throw it out, but they refused to take it then they handed me a new water and tell me why every sip of this water made me more dehydrated Not only that but I ordered sausage burritos and they’re beyond Mid Although this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to I’m not very surprised because when I look straight ahead from the drive-through line, I see a water tower that says I’m in Grafton Ohio so then again it’s my fault for getting food in grafton I don’t even know where I am right now, but if you’re looking to come here, don’t

My wife and I rarely eat fast food. Once maybe twice a year. Online ordering and a short wait time, greeted by friendly polite employees, thanks to the app we managed to score some great deals. Our food was fresh and tasty. Keep up the great work and thank you for your hospitality.

Absolutely hate that they got rid of the play place. They continue to make McDonald’s as bland and tasteless as the rest of the fast food places. The food was decent and warm but service definitely left some to be desired. The inside looks like a coffee shop and theybhave torn away anything to want to bring your kids there to experience the feeling we all used to get as kids to play on the playground.

If zero was an option. I placed a mobile order bc that was the only option at the time. We waited 25 minutes for our food. We asked several times about and we’re told they had it, to no avail. Asked to speak to a manager and she was not pleasant. Walked away from us as we were talking and then talked trash about us in the kitchen. I have never been treated so poorly. Miss Wood you need some training. We were giving an office number that was closed. People were walking out left and right. The family ahead of waited just as long to find out that the “kiosk” never sent the order over and they had no way to get a refund because the order disappeared. They had to show bank account receipt to receive refund. To make matters worse, we ended up getting our order after the long wait and disrespect and the sandwiched had no sauce, bacon was burnt to a crisp and everything was cold. Insane McDonalds experience.

It’s a McDonalds. You know what to expect. The food is good for grab and go. They consistently seem to have a problem with order accuracy at this location, going back for a period of years. A bit more attention to detail would go a long way for this store in particular.
