I ordered double chicken. I paid online and picked up my order. This is what the tacos had. Pretty much nothing. I called to let them know and the guy was not nice. He said if I didn’t want to come back up so he could look at them he didn’t know what he could do for me. It’s raining and I’m not going back out for some tacos. Sometimes a customer who spent money to drive to your location just wants you to know that the quality was poor so maybe it doesn’t happen again.

Been going to HH for over 10 years and that was prolly the worst burrito I have ever had from here. Ordered online G.H. Made my order . Half the ingredients were missing, no sauces , no double meat no lettuce , no cheese, no rice ! The flaming hot Cheeto’s were smashed into dust and very very stale. The outer tortilla shell on the Abrazo taco was stale as well. Would have returned it if I had the time . In store should be a better experience as you can watch them make your food .

I was welcomed in, ordered in a timely fashion, was offered upsells on my Bowl which I declined. More meat for $4.00. They should have given a decent amount of meat in the first place. A extremely small portion of Barbacoa. They weighed the cheese for the exact amount. The seating/dining area was clean and comfortable. The food tasted great. Just need to be less conservative with the portion of meat provided.

Ordered a burrito bowl, as I always do, and this is what they did! Lol! There is no tortilla with a burrito bowl, that’s the whole point! The employees seemed confused on how to make anything, and on how to even ring us up. Tasted really off/rancid too! Worse experience we have had with Hot Head!

Usually love this hothead but I sat in the drive thru for 10 mins @ 8:45 tonight without being greeted or helped, there was only one person inside. So it was a matter of the workers not wanting to do their work versus being busy. Drove past the window two workers were just walking about while the one was helping the ONE customer in the lobby. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was just ridiculous
