The morning shift manager here is always very kind. I know that is their job but they are extra so. Seems to be a theme with all of the employees that work here. I’ve never had bad service or foul food. Thank you morning shift , keep up the good work!!! This is from the no egg doordasher

Horrible experience. I ordered on the app at 2:30pm for my kids to pick up, they weren’t able to so I went through at 4 as soon as I left work. They weren’t able “to find my order” in the drive through. Asked me to proceed to the window.. called a “manager”. She looked through my email confirmation, looked through my app, looked through their system and said “oh you can’t pick up until 6:30pm”. I said we’ll that won’t work, can I cancel or whats my options. She replies come back at 6:30. Or cancel through the app “but I don’t have time to walk you through and help you”.

I pulled around and went inside, asked the cashier for a manager. When she called for one the same “manager” from the drive thru said don’t bother I got it. So, I’m 90% sure she was a cashier. I explained again my predicament.. that I couldn’t come back due to an event so I either needed the food or refund/canceled. Her solution.. don’t pick it up and it’ll refund my $45 to my account tomorrow. But if it doesn’t bring a bank statement and they’ll fix it. I left in tears and she told me “have a nice day”.

Like you’re telling me with all this technology the order couldn’t be found and pushed through? I came home no food, out 45$ and no solutions.. unless I skip my k8ds soccer game and pray they have my order at 6:30???

Awful. Just awful customer service.

They got it right. Sweet Tea 1/2 & 1/2,no ice add lemon. But sincerity was too full it cane off the lid and I had to change my top before going t my doctor appointment.

Food is usually not made correctly. Last few weeks I’ve gone for breakfast and asked light or not breakfast sauce on the sandwiches. Never seems to fail. It’s engulfed in breakfast sauce! So much that it’s all over the packaging also not just the sandwich. I go back to have it fixed and the workers either give an attitude or roll their eyes at you. Wouldn’t suggest this location.

The blond hair girl with glasses that handed us our order was very rude with no manners at all! She gave our food without even saying a single word and when my husband asked for sauce she grabbed one and held it up and said is this what u want and he said yes and she threw it in the bag handed it to us without a word and shut the window .. maybe train the employees to have just basic manners or how to acknowledge a customer

Every time I go through the drive thru, my drink is never full . The same older black hair thin women does everything time. She is not friendly. My chicken wrap was cold. Never see mangers . Guess they do what they want. Shame.

We waited in the drive thru lines 15 minutes before ordering, this is a double lane mind you, we tried to order chicken nuggets and was told they were all out of chicken nuggets.Lol!
This was at 11:30 A.M !

The food is good, I mean it’s your average McDonald’s can’t go wrong. Sometimes I wish the sizes are true to the size you’re paying for, if I buy a large fry I want it to be full. The atmosphere is fine just kind of boring.

I was hoping to have a nice lunch today, ordered 2 cheeseburgers with everything on it nothing changed and got 2 cheeseburgers with no cheese. When I noticed there was no cheese on my burger I went up and asked for a new one and was given a cheeseburger only ketchup that was soaked in ketchup. I am very disappointed with the service I received here today. The workers were annoyed with my ask and gave me unneeded attitude. Would not recommend here.
