I’ve been eating here since back in 94. the staff is friendly and everyone does their best. The dining area is much smaller than it used to be because of the second drive through line but still has enough room. The interior design of the building isn’t really my taste but it’s not that important. By far one of the best things about the place is the one thing left over from the remodel and that’s one of the managers she’s a good leader and the team really seems to respect her and she rarely hesitates to jump into any position she’s needed for. I haven’t asked her name but I think it’s Brittany.

I only bought chicken nuggets and fries. The guy on the headset asked me if I wanted sauce, I said yes and told him the sauce that I wanted. It appeared on the screen in my order (and it also showed up on my receipt). I asked the person at the window who gave me my food if the sweet and sour sauce and barbecue sauce was in the bag. He replied, “yes it is.” I pulled away and decided to check…. Needless to say I had to go back inside to get sauce because there wasn’t any in there. I can understand if it wasn’t ordered, wasn’t on the receipt, if I had a huge order or I forgot to ask at the window, but all of my bases were covered. I worked fast food for over a year when I was 17 at Taco bell…. I’m not saying mistakes didn’t happen, however, it’s extremely easy to read the order and put what’s on the order in the bag. And if I was asked at the window if sauce was in the bag, I wouldn’t lie and I would make sure that it was in there. I’m only writing this review because this has happened the last 3 out of 4 times that I’ve been there. It’s. Not. That. Hard.

I get something almost every day when I go in to work. This morning I DID NOT! I placed my order and pulled up to the window to pay. I understand that the dam chips ware out on cards and the lady taking the card I could tell was very new But she didn’t try to help she just handed my card back to me and said the chip wasn’t working. I asked if she could tap it because it has that ability to do so or maby swipe it? She takes the card beck and trys the chip again. She said it dosnt work so I said thank you and drove away. If you guys are going to hire new people teach them EVERYTHING THEY NEED TO KNOW TO WORK THE WINDOW! Please! I don’t get upset about much, and you can ask most of the folks that have worked at the McDonald’s in Calcutta Ohio for a while I’m pretty calm when it comes to mistakes but this was to much. THANKS FOR RUINING MY DAY McDonald’s.

I feel they could be a little more professional when someone gets sick from eating their food that they cooked! A few of the employees were laughing at my little sister making jokes about her getting sick! She ate the food they prepared for her, no need for jokes or to be rude, I definitely was not happy!!!

You wouldn’t believe what happened to me tonight. I ordered 2 quarter pounders and a large fry and was given a big Mac instead…no second burger and a big Mac instead of a quarter pounder…unreal.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and received no breakfast sauce. Every time I order this I never get sauce unless I pay for a container of sauce. Even then I’ve had to wait for it because even when I order it they sometimes don’t give it to me. Then I had 2 young kids literally laughing at me for waiting on it. If I’m going to spend almost 5 dollars for a sandwich it better be right. Ridiculous!
