I could order a coke and y’all would find a way to give me a water. My order gets messed up EVERY single time I come through here.. If I use the app, it gets messed up. If I go through the drive thru, whoever is on headset only half listens and messes the order up.
Y’all took money for an order I didn’t even receive, recently. Went through the process of getting ahold of McDonalds and never even got refunded. This entire franchise is awful. I’ll literally eat dirt before I come here again. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Honestly I’m not even sure where to begin. But I’ve absolutely had it. Today we went to the woodsfield Ohio location at around 6 am with no one behind us they ring our order out and tell us to pull forward the chicken for the sandwich isn’t ready yet. After sitting outside for 10-15 and SEVERAL people go through the drive through&get their food my boyfriend goes inside to see where ours is at. The front register cashier isn’t even in her station she’s out in the lobby hugging other customers coming in and jumping around the lobby. She had to be well above 30 so this is very childish behavior to display but nonetheless she laughs in Jared’s face when he asks her what happened she replies oh we forgot to ring it in. Well yall sure didn’t forget to take the money & have us pull forward. After I tried to call up to the location and they wouldn’t even answer the phone. This is not the first issue this is just the final straw. Within 2 weeks they have either messed up or totally forgot 6 and NO IM NOT EXAGGERATING 6! Of my orders. 3 nights ago I waited 30 minutes for two pumpkin pies and when I called the store the night manager Kyle said that he didn’t get the order but when my boyfriend went back up after I came home he was able to print the receipt for us even though he said they didn’t receive the order. Hmmmm? Weird. Anyways I absolutely recommend going ANYWHERE else or actually starving instead of going here bc they will probably mess the order up anyway I hope this gets CORPORATE attention. Despite what some may say, the workers try their best and do everything they possibly can to fix an order. Despite seeing rude and crude customers pretending they are owed the world. When something is wrong the managers make sure to take care of it, the workers are typically polight despite afew.

The only issues is some of the people in town pretending that the workers can fix everything or get upset over a legitimate wait. Id recommend trying to stop by and meeting this mcdonalds. But Remember those people in there ARE human and NOT your butlers or servants.

Food greasy. Unclean workers. Workers just go through the motions, with no connection to the customer. It was a long day, didn’t feel like cooking & there’s not much to pick from in Woodsfield, Ohio. I was glad to have something to eat. Will not get food here regularly. A cold cut sandwich is better.

Usually good food here, just would like to have the orders correct. One time I got the wrong nugget sauce, one time I didn’t get sauce at all. Just wish the orders could be double checked before they hand out the bags, have to come in to get the order corrected and then the rest of my order is getting cold,plus I think I can see why the fries are free in the app because they are way too salty and they were cold and mushy. Reheating them in the microwave seems to make them worse. At least at Wendy’s the fries are guaranteed to be hot. At least my Mcnuggets were hot. I understand trying to get the drive thru moving but they take the persons order at the speaker while you are sitting at the window to pay. I wish they would finish with one person before they start somebody else. I think that causes alot of mistakes

They made a mistake with my order during a busy time (single burgers instead of double) Cheryl the manager was very professional and took care of everything! Good management is hard to find these days, but nevertheless, the Woodsfield McDonald’s has found excellent management!
