In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Every time I go through the drive thru, the cashier over the speaker is never kind. I’m always rudely greeted as follows: “What can I get you?” I have worked fast food for nearly a decade & I was taught to do things much differently. Tonight around 1130PM, I was attempting to go through the drive thru again & all of the workers ignored me at the speaker then turned the outside lights completely off on me so I wasn’t able to even order.

I am not one to ever complain about service because I know how hard this job can be, but my husband and I went for breakfast and after making sure everything was in the bag we left to go home. After pulling out our food we realized that one of our two McGriddles was very thin compared to the other. While we received one complete sausage McGriddle the other was simply the bun of the McGriddle, nothing inside. When I wanted to call the store to inform them and check with them to see what to do, I could not get a hold of a single person. I attempted to call 17 times over a period of an hour and was hung up on etc. Maybe they were just having a bad day…

12 minutes for s unsweetened tea and a coke to go.. as 6 employees stood around doing nothing and a manager doing the work while employees did nothing.. this has always been the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to for service and wait times.. they need to get a handle on wait times and fresh food quit cutting your fry times on your French fries always under cooked or cold.
