In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

I want to like this place BUT half of the employees are either rude or care little about their jobs. Today was the straw that made me come here and review it. The guy taking my order was more interested in paying attention to his friends that were eating in the front of the restaurant. I made a mobile order in the parking lot, lots of great deals. Went to the drive thru, gave my mobile order number, went to receipt window, she said “mobile order for Elise”, “yes, that’s me” everything going well, then I get to the pickup window and she told me she cancelled the order because no one showed up. I think my entire start to end from opening the app to pickup window was 4 minutes. Cancelled it?

Super friendly staff, they greeted us upon arrival, took our order, got our order out to us very quickly even with them being quite busy, and they still had employees coming to check if everything tasted okay and asked if we needed anything.

No one is cleaning the Playland tables from what I seen. Lines are ridiculously long and they still managed to get your order wrong I mean honestly if you are going to take a long time at least slow down and get my order correct.

Personally I never recommend any McDonald. Management above each franchise aren’t trustworthy. I haven’t been in one for years and only came because a friend asked me to pick up a sandwich for her for breakfast. I got one too because how can you manipulate bacon and eggs? First time since I’ve awakened to the truth. I don’t ever recommend one of these. I’m afraid of the human meat found in an inspection out west of one of their meat processing plants

The crew of evening shift the date of 03/23/23 was absolutely phenomenal! They were so sweet even being swamped as bad as they were and they didn’t ignore the lobby customers over drive through. The staff is super friendly especially the lightly tanned skinned girl working behind counter and filling and expediting orders. She was as kind as can be and even made me smile with her hard worm ethic and amazing attitude. Kudos to that evening crew!

If you’re in a rush, don’t go there. I don’t go much, but the times I have, they’re long lines. Average 10-15 min, sometimes shorter or longer than that. It’s a gamble 🙂

recently visited a McDonald’s location and unfortunately, my experience was not the best. The service was incredibly slow, with long waits in both the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. To make matters worse, the employees didn’t seem very happy to be there. They didn’t greet me with a smile, and their lack of enthusiasm made the wait even more frustrating.
