Do not bring your kids to play here! It is disgusting! The garbage has stuff leaking out the bottom. There is food all over the floor. It stinks awful. I felt dirty just sitting there, and it is overall gross. The play area looked filthy. Terrible lighting inside there. Literally walked in and said, I’m out! Packed up the kids and left! I don’t know if there are words to explain how nasty this place is.

This is the worst mcdonalds location in Toldeo I came here three times already and the first time I came here it was okay the lady who took my order was really nice and I got my food on time. The second time I come here I was trying to order food again and couldn’t because there was only one person working front counter and then the third time I came here their shake machine was down. Im never coming to this location ever again. The workers here do not care about customers. This is not a very good location and i would say if you consider going to mcdonalds avoid this location at all costs.

I went here for the first time with my kids to share a meal with my family and let our kids enjoy the kid’s play place. We were here for an hour and in that one hour homeless people came in to sleep in the play land. Then another guy came in, sat in the corner loudly making arrangements to sell drugs in the parking lot. As we were packing up to go another homeless person came in aggressively trying to get us to buy socks and extension cords. It’s a shame the owner and staff allows all this to go on to PAYING customers instead of telling people they need to leave. It’s a McDonald’s with a kids play place, but with how manager’s run this business you wouldn’t even know it.

I have been here twice. I will not be going back. The first time I went with my stepdad and grandma, we ordered a number 9 with fries, and Diet Coke, and a filet of fish. We got our order, and it didn’t have our fries, so I got out of the car and went into the lobby to get our fries, and when I went in there, it was chaos. 2 people had been waiting for at least 30 minutes for their orders and then I witnessed to managers getting into a screaming match about how one needed to better in front of many customers. Then, for the second time, I used my app to get free fries with a Diet Coke, so I gave them my code and the drink, as well as a cheeseburger. They told me I was good to go to the first window. I get to the first window, and they make me repeat a new code and drink with the food I ordered, so I pay, then go to the second window. This is where I only received my cheeseburger and Diet Coke. NO FRIES. The whole point of the code was for fries and a drink, which didn’t even happen. They need to start getting orders correct.

Went in at 10:24am left at 10:50. This time I did a mobile order and went inside at the counter assuming this would be faster. Nope, not even close. Seemed all of their staff were at the windows and no one was watching the counter. Also maybe 1 person may have been in the staging area and no one was on the grill for a rush. This staff had 1 speed: sloth. Not one person, including their dept manager had a sense of urgency. At 10:40 I finally got the attn of their manager to find out where my food was. It took another 10 minutes to get it. I was the third person in line in the lobby and the last to leave even though others came in and ordered after me. Of course my food was barely edible, because it was cold. I e given this restaurant three times to give me a regular experience and they have delivered poorly every time. Oh no apologies for the wait, no thank you nothing. If I were the franchisee or GM I would fire the entire staff and just start over. If your mgmt don’t want to work, they aren’t going to inspire team members to work either.

If you’re still going to order from this McDonalds and have seen the reviews: bring a blanket and a pillow you’re going to be there all day and not want to finish your meal.

Dirtiest McDonald I’ve ever been to. Out of Dr Pepper, Sprite had coke in it. Bathrooms and lobby looked disgusting. They where letting some random lady blast her blue tooth speaker loud enough we could hardly talk at our table across the place

You go to McDonald’s nowadays and expect mediocre service and overpriced food. I go there and expect a mess now. I work nearby this location and so I occasionally go here for lunch. Every single time I have been here, I regret it. Every time. Either I have to wait for almost my entire break to even order or get my food which is usually cold. Every drink I get is overfilled and makes a sticky mess of my car once I grab it. The people at the window typically throw your food at you and make you feel bad for even ordering. Most of the time my fries are either cold or have the texture of a cold raw potato, and nuggets like they have been sitting out for a long while. I can not recommend going to ANY other location than this one. The number of health and policy violations here is crazy. The number of times they have made me feel bad as a customer is crazy. Three individual times as well, the man at the window would tell me my order did not go through on the app, but my bank would disagree as well as my app. Then I call customer service and they said it went through fine. So then I have to redo my order with the very disrespectful man at the window and can now not get the app discount because it think I already have an order. Even when I was charged, have a code, verified the address, and more. It is ridiculous how bad this location is. Management needs to step in and actually do their jobs here. There is a reason there are very very limited positive reviews.

The latest visit: I wanted to try the Big Arch and got one with no slivered onions and extra crispy onions. They gave me a sandwich with no onions at all mind you I paid for extra crispy onions, but it barely had any lettuce, barely any arch sauce, the burger was dry and two pickle slices. I was so disappointed I asked for a refund, and didn’t receive the full refund again. At this point I will not return to this location again. They can’t read and they can’t count.

Next visit: I ordered a Big Mac with no middle bun. I was served a Big Mac Platter, which is a Big Mac with no bun at all in a hotcakes container.

1st issue: Wasn’t given my proper change in drive thru. I was shorted but didnt count it right then because I was in a rush. I’m still owed $.89!

I placed my order through the app like I always do… I ordered a caramel frappe and sausage and egg McMuffin. Received my frappe and was waiting for my sandwich and the Nigerian manager walked away for about 2-3 minutes and when he came back asked what I needed and I said my sandwich! He walked away again and then told me to pull up and wait, 2-3 minutes!

I pull up and I’m waiting and waiting and waiting, by this time it’s been almost 25 minutes total and after trying to call the store twice and the calls NOT going through,I get out of my car to walk to the drive the window. I ask where is my order, it’s just a sandwich! They ignore me. Bob the maintenance guy is still on the ladder cleaning the ice cream machine and I said Bob… tell her I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes for my sandwich! Igo back to my car and wait another 2 minutes before I leave because I’m now late for my Dr appt. NEVER received my sandwich…. this location has become the absolute WORST location in Toledo!!!

Me and my father came in for a simple drink just to spend some time together and have a cold drink and we asked for two large drinks and we got two medium drinks but when I mentioned to the cashier that it was supposed to be large drinks and she rolled her eyes and had attitude. I don’t know where people think that it is okay to be disrespectful to the customer but it is not okay and I work in a restaurant myself rather or not you are having a bad day or just not wanting to be at work gives you no right to be rude. To say the least.. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOTNIN THIS RESTAURANT EVER AGAIN!!!!
