Excellent!!! Their limited time meat plus 3 deal is the best around and delicious! A full size crispy chicken, fish or roast beef sandwich, crispy or curly fries, two mozzarella sticks, a peach cobbler roll and small drink. Service was great, food hot and fresh. The value is exceptional nowadays especially if you know of any singles or elderly, share the news! Ring the bell on your way out if you dine in!!!

This is not and should not be considered two mozzarella sticks and honestly should be thrown away or eaten by employees. Since it’s so big it doesn’t get cooked fully and is cold and kind of hard. Gross and I’m pissed I only have a 2 count mozzarella stick now for almost 4 dollars.

Will never go here again!! Dirty, inattentive staff, subpar food. First hot sandwich, asked for no lettuce-got lettuce. The chicken was hard and cool, the sandwich, although wrapped in the little foil bag, was not even warm enough to take the chill off the cheese slice. When I took it back up, I stood there waiting while 2 workers stood by tje drive thru soda machine not acknowledging me until I said excuse me. Then they made a new sandwich and microwaved it so then, there wasn’t even any noticeable cheese, it all melted and slid off. Tomatoes were almost white and they put onions on it…the sandwich didn’t even have onions as a standard. Our curly fries were clearly the bottom of the bag butt pieces. Little fruit like flies all around the condiment station and trash. The dining room had multiple dirty tables, the condiment station was filthy. We were the only people in the dining room, drive thru was consistent but not busy, not a single person was working on the cleanliness but several were pretty busy chatting and one even had a non worker there at the counter the entire time we were there…had to finish her conversation with him before she could even take our order. With paying over $20 for fast food and tossing about 1/3 of it…never going back. Their corporate should send a secret guest to this store around 8pm!!

Just bought a kids meals and 2 2/$7 French dip and Swiss and spicy roast beef sandwiches. The kids meal they gave expired milk dated 03/19/2023 and smelled putrid. Then one of the spicy roast beef sandwiches had a slightly curly brunette hair. We called originally about the milk when I had gotten home, and the female manager (wasn’t able to catch her name), put our name down. My husband later got home from work and found the hair in his food, we called again and was practically called a liar, and she stated no one had brunette hair, and we explained further it was earlier in the day at 7pm, and my husband didn’t get home until 9pm. She said she added that as well, but just terrible service tonight, we just moved to the area and we were not impressed.

My last couple of meals from this Arby’s have not been good and a waste of money. Today I ordered the smokehouse brisket sandwich. The brisket was so tough and fatty that I couldn’t even bite into it and I’m not exaggerating. Considering that I’m paying over $10 for this meal I expect for it to be edible and not have to throw my lunch away. I really want a refund but I’m working and don’t have time to drive all the way back over there.
Also, as a side note, I was going to complain that my sandwich was not made correctly but I did just go and look at the website and see that the recipe has changed. It used to have brisket, gouda cheese, crispy onions, bbq sauce, and mayo. It now only has brisket, mild cheddar, crispy onions, and bbq sauce. I really wish the the employee who took my order informed me that it was different now because it’s quite awful and I would have gotten something different. This had to of been a recent change because I was there not that long ago and it was made the old way.
Anyways, I highly do not recommend the smokehouse brisket sandwich now that they’ve changed the recipe and will not be getting it anymore.

This Arby’s is the dirtiest I have been to or seen. The sidewalk and entrance area need a power wash. The inside has buildup of dirt/grime/grease in the corners and on the tiles. There is trash (sugar packets and other items) and buildup in the drains under the counters. Recommendations would be for this place to be thoroughly cleaned.
