They just ignore people who come to the counter. I understand drive through numbers, but they won’t even look over. I walked in and there were multiple people standing waiting for orders. It was over 10 minutes before I had to ask someone to help.
The cashier had an attitude like it was a problem to serve customers. The ice cream was down, of course, at 3:30pm in the middle of an busy day.
Overall the food is fine but the service is why people vote against a livable wage for fast food workers. They just move so slow.

I was door dashing. Arrived at the counter, several people were just standing around. One on their phone. One teenage kid asked his supervisor,”should I take orders at the front?”. She said “um yeah! Don’t just stand there doing nothing!” Then he said ” well, I didn’t want to get in trouble for doing something I’m not supposed to do” dude…you’re in fast food industry…..

My food was hot that’s the only good thing I can say. I placed my order online. After waiting 8 min I went back to my car to eat cause the dinning area was a mess. 5 min after I ate I had to run to the bathroom. And oh my. I get that bathrooms are checked every hour but this one hasn’t been Checked all day. Wet, then dried tissue with pee was stuck on the floor near the toilet. Trash, the walls had dry strikes on them the and the mirrors were dirty. But wait. Atleast the parking lot was clean… I will never return here again. Not even to use the bathroom.

I come here everyday I order a caramel macchiato hot, or iced large I go to.je window she hands me to small I said sorry I ordered 2 large she gets a attitude rolls her eyes at me tells me there small I said no there large I come everyday I have the receipt she gets a whole attitude I don’t know but s manager definitely shouldn’t act like that for her mistake!, I’ve been in management for yrs you should ask for the receipt an remake them with s problem some white girl with brown hair

This comment is for the one at 1205 Sylvania Ave, store #5710. I went here after a visit to the one at 3008 Monroe St, store #12734. I don’t know if they are in the same franchise, but the Monroe St McDonald’s was horrible, the fish was old and greasy, fries were hard as rocks and the drinks were watery. The Sylvania McDonald’s was awesome, all my food was fresh, the staff was very polite and fast. They get no complaints from me.
The fish on the left are the fresh ones, the fish to the right are the greasy ones.
