Half of the drive through menu board wasn’t working so I went inside since it’s been a while since I’ve been to a Hardee’s. Ordered the frisco melt and after a significant wait while they had 20+ sandwiches waiting on the heater, mine finally came out and the dang thing isn’t even toasted.

This is the worst food I have ever had from Hardee’s. The biscuit was flat and hard, the hash browns were old and way too crunchy (inedible), the gravy and eggs were both cold.

I went through the drive thru. The staff was very nice and moved quickly to complete my order. They were patient when answering my questions which I had many because the whole left side of the menu board which contains most of the item information, was black. It is my understanding that it has been doing that frequently and several requests have been made for IT to fix it. This definitely needs to be done asap! Please move on this to save customers getting frustrated and/ or angry. For their sake as well as the staff’s since they are on the front line. This is the reason for 1 star on atmosphere. Thank you!

Most terrible Hardee’s around!! My husband and i just came through for breakfast. One of our biscuits wasn’t even wrapped all the way, both of our box’s our biscuit and gravy were in were ripped and broken, our hashbrowns were dumped out all inside of the bag, and we did not receive our straws, sauce that we asked for, or even silverware to eat with. When we tried to make sure we had our straws, sauce and silverware, the current manager working had an extremely bad attitude and was very argumentative. Will NOT be coming here and wasting our money again.

This location today had really good service and food. Keep it up. I used to eat Hardee’s regularly before the service and food went downhill. Today was a huge improvement since my last visit. Also please fix the drive thru menu screens. That’s been busted for months now.

It was 8:30 in the morning. I Ordered 4 Gravy biscuit meals and only received 1 order of hash browns. Made staff aware of the issue only to find out they had just sent the last of them out in the drive through. Manager just joked about it and never offered a substitute or refund. The lobby was a wreck and the bathroom was worse. We were the only guest in the building during our visit and they seemed to have more than enough staff to clean up considering they were all just acting up and having a great time. Would not recommend

They left me absolutely pissed this morning i had 4 combos on my order waited over 20 minutes just for it to still be wrong. Not only was my order wrong the cashier was nasty not everyone needs to be on front counter. 1 dont hold customers cups with your jacket. When you are at home that jacket is everywhere and just to prove my point after giving us our cups he sneezed right on the sleeve of his jacket. not only that while passing us jelly he dropped some on the floor which i didnt take he proceeded to pick the jelly up off the floor and threw it in my bag with 4 opened hashbrowns that now have floor dirt all on them I havent had hardees in so long got up early before work so me and my daughter could get some just to leave sooo disappointed on top of having me late for work all for a bad experience we are new to knoxville so very disappointed

I went to hardee’s today for the first time, and oh my can I say EXCELLENT service! The staff was very nice and they helped me with everything I needed. I ate inside, and the lobby was so clean and stocked. They even made sure my food was very fresh, and brought the food to my table. I would eat here again, and recommend you to eat here. Best hardee’s in town! The manager was exceptionally nice, and was working. Love to see managers actually helping instead of on their phone.

Autumn served me my order this morning at the Hardee’s on Western. She was refrehingly pleasant. this is my first time ordering at this location, But the friendliness and customer service from Autumn has guaranteed that it won’t be my last.

I would give 0 stars if I could have come on 3 separate occasions for breakfast and everytime the its been cold even to touch when pulling it from the bag. Its at 530 to 6 when things should be fresh.
