Terrible service and food. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich combo. After waiting almost 10 minutes I hear the front guy holler because nobody was making the food. Turns out the girl was chatting on her phone in a side room. Finally get my food and the sandwich is one small clump of meat and cheese that takes up maybe a third of the bun, luke warm. The fries were cold and just oozed oil when biting in. Couldn’t eat the fries at all, disgusting. And as the guy bags the food and turns to hand it to me he’s in the middle of eating a French fry. I’ve come here numerous times because it’s near my house and there are not many hardees in town. I have a bad experience more often than not. I’m done giving them my money. The only part of my meal that was good was the sprite and its not even the drink I wanted because they were out of root beer.

One of my coworkers was making a breakfast run to Hardee’s and I asked for a loaded omelette biscuit. She got back with the food and this is what mine looked like. It had almost no filling. This is pretty pathetic. Two of my other colleagues ordered biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were overcooked. I stopped going to this store a couple of years ago because of poor service and poor food quality. That was pre Covid. I won’t be going here again. If you can’t get it right, just close down.

My family and I stopped here for breakfast. It was amazing, the food was good, the workers were very professional and prompt. The only issue I had was our biscuits and gravy were cold, and the biscuits were very hard. I’m not one to much complain, so we just dealt with it and ate it. So I will give a 4 stars because of that instead of 5.

The service here is usually rude and perturbed. Depending on who is in the drive thru you may get a smile or a frown. Food is pretty good though no matter what. Frisco burgers are wonderful. My last excursion here was pleasant. The girl was working both drive thru and the front counter. My wait was a couple minutes before she knew I was there, but she was the best employee I have dealt with here. I was of the mindset to boycott Hardee’s completely and only stopped here for convenience. However, when she implemented kindness and diligence, I will overlook the rude workers in hopes of her working there. I forget her name but she deserves recognition and a raise.

The only two men in the entire building were very pleasant and smiling but there was a reason the parking lot was empty. They were out of diet Dr pepper. They were out of rootbeer. Well, I could have gotten rootbeer but the only place to get it was on a broken soda machine. They were out of iced tea. My burger bun was stale. The chicken sandwich was burnt. The freshest items were hand-breaded chicken tenders and curly fries out of four meals.

Fool me once… you know the rest. Last month I let it go… not today. The last time was breakfast and it was just a little off, no bacon on a bacon and egg sandwich. Today, it was an entire “other” burger. Not at all what I asked for and I had to throw it away because it was covered in cheese.

We understand restaurant struggles post COVID and we really appreciated the great customer service efforts put forth by Mr. Michael to ensure our satisfaction. Thanks to him, we were very happy!!! The food was delicious and Mr. Michael was EXTREMELY professional & friendly! It was a great experience and we recommend getting the Hardee’s app & going there for a great meal!

I came here to get breakfast about a year or 2 ago. I got in the drive thru for someone to get on and take my order. Instead of at least being polite, a teenage boy gets on and screams,” WHAT DO YOU WANT!?” I told him he needed to learn how to talk to customers and that I was going somewhere else. Someone said something in the background to him and he screamed at whoever else was in there with him.

The worst experience I’ve had with Hardee’s. Ordered a chicken blt and got one the size of a chicken tender, a ham sandwich that had 2 pieces of ham and no cheese, all the bacon was undercooked, and every fry was half empty. Do not recommend this location at all. Hopefully the other locations are serving better quality food, if they’re not you’d be better off avoiding Hardee’s altogether.

Worst meal I’ve had in ages!!!! All around the edges the Burger was burnt and then room temperature in the middle. The bun was crusted around the All the edges. and The Onion rings were room temperature. We sat in the drive-through for over 8 minutes thinking we’re getting fresh food, that’s what was taking so long.. There was no one behind us an Still The food was so bad. I cut off all the edges and then put the Burger and buns in my toaster oven with my onion rings but my aunt just threw everything away
