Worst experience in the drive thru. Staff at the second window dicking around with the pop machine instead of focusing on the customers. 4:30-5pm is NOT THE TIME to do this!! Some of us are on our way to work and don’t have time to wait for you to mess around sliding the front of the pop machine in and out. Ignoring customers as they pull up, looking at their phone just talking, while BAGS are lined up already. Just hand us the fricken bag so we can leave! Waited over 10mins in the drive thru. ANYTHING BUT FAST HERE!!! This McDonald’s sucks!!!

Came and had lunch with my family and Vicky was awesome!! She went around and cleared everyone’s trays and made sure they had everything they needed. She was so kind to my son and even convinced him to finish his food. We will be back to this location!!

I went through drive-thru everyone that I came across was very friendly to me had a great attitude and a smile. The landscaping was nicely kept up the parking lot was clean. But unfortunately for me the one thing that I went there for was food I was hungry and I wanted to eat. So I thought I’ll try these new chicken strips they’re new so I’m sure that they want people to try them at their best. Oh boy was I wrong and I’m not exaggerating this because I’ve worked in the food business quite some time but those tenders were so old that there was really no moisture left in it and when I went to take a bite I had to pull it between my teeth because it was like shoe leather. I even gave my dog a piece and it took him a good five six minutes to eat for her which would be a couple chews,and down it goes.
It’s so disappointing when you go someplace to get food and they’re not busy you don’t have to wait in line and you can’t get fresh food. McDonald’s listen I would rather sit 5 to 10 minutes extra in line to get hot food then to waste money that’s not going to make me want to ever come back to this restaurant again. You guys have been in business long enough get your stuff together.
This chicken is absolutely unedible

This is my favorite McDonald’s location in the Sylvania/Toledo area!! The service is always quick, no matter the time of day. The food is always fresh and tasty. The staff is always amazing- shoutout to Laura, she is such a kind and helpful individual. The store is also always clean!

I don’t know who within McDonald’s or the franchisee that has never driven a car to this location needs to hear this, but there’s a giant sinkhole in the parking lot as soon as you pull in. Might want to fix that so you don’t end up having to buy someone a car

VERY disappointed in this McDonald’s. We DoorDash from them, we called and asked them if we could get Big Mac sauce in the bag. They said yes and then forgot the Big Mac sauce and a drink. We got a refund then called and asked AGAIN they said yes. With the 2nd order they forgot the sauce again and other multiple stuff we ordered.

I wish I bothered to ask for the manager. The cashier didn’t know how to clear the previous customer’s order. So I couldn’t see the full menu. When I told her I couldn’t see the full menu. She just told me go inside instead of the drive thru. After I just settled for the big mac and noticed she did clear my order on the screen ñn̈
