My wife and I came here to get lunch for her family since they live nearby. We came a little before lunch so they weren’t busy and placed our order over the phone. She got her dad the carne torta, her brother a carne asada burrito, her aunt a strawberry smoothie and herself their pollo rojo.
We found parking just fine but it’s a small lot so if you come after lunch they could be busy. The restaurant isn’t that big inside and can be confusing where to pick up your food. Once we picked up the food, we had to go to another area to give them the receipt so they can make the smoothie.
My wife family enjoy their food since they ordered from here before. They give a decent portion on all the food we order and it was package correctly.

The food was okay I didn’t like the rice it tasted like if they didn’t put much flavor in it and the rice tasted like it was watered down. The spice sauces were way too spicy and the green one tasted gross and barely no flavor. The lemonade tasted water down it barely tasted like lemonade.
Also while eating here they don’t clean the floors properly at all their still dirty with food and stains it’s gross it’s half cleaned. Same goes for the tables

I ordered a chocolate banana smoothie but instead they messed up my order and gave me one chocolate drink and a plain banana drink. And they didn’t do anything about the drink or bother to remake the one I asked for. They gave my money back on the extra drink but they charged me just to get what I asked for the first time horrible service I ever had

First time I have been here. Got invited by my friend and loved their chilaquiles. The red salsa was so delicious and I loved the crunch on the chilaquiles. Had their sweet pink tamale . That was also so good. I had to go back and ordered the chilaquiles again. Added carne asada and eggs, they came with green salsa when I went. So I think my friend requested to have the red salsa. They are both delicious. Will be going back again soon for another order of chilaquiles.

Best carne asada huarache estilo D.F. I’ve tried in LA county so far. Their quesadillas are also special here as they are deep fried. Highly recommended pairing all of it with their homemade salsa verde. The neighborhood is a little rough around the edges so come during the day.

It’s was not busy we were the only ones is the line and told the lady only and only cilantro why do I always have to be picking out the onion either the price gets reduced on these tacos or get the staff straight I only asked for cilantro now I have to pick the onion out while my food gets cold lost -$20 something dollars here

The customer service here is horrible. Not only do they forget to make your order but then get upset that you hassle them for your food. Telling you your food can’t be ready in 5 minutes after making you wait about 35 minutes and asking for updates twice, for an order you placed to go while still eating in their facility. No apologies for the delay just blaming you for not making the order over the phone, which regardless should not make a difference if you paid for the food already.. and phone orders you pay when you arrive. What is the logic here. Very condescending tones. Refused and questioned why I wanted a refund even after they had forgotten my order. Very unprofessional.
