09/22/2024 – Came to this McDonald’s to have breakfast with a buddy of mine. I order the number two breakfast combo meal with a medium black coffee. Always hits the spot. The drive thru was very busy versus dining in. We decided to dine in. Nice and friendly service. Parking out front of the restaurant. Decent prices.

Why is it becoming normal now to ignore customers, in the hopes that they’ll go to the kiosk and do their job for them? You can wait for someone to acknowledge you, for longer than it takes to actually order and receive your food, from other fast food companies.
Such a terrible design. This time I said hello and the guy just ignored me and kept wiping a stack of trays. I’m now at a cool mom and pop coffee shop, eating better food for about the same price. Thanks for that! 🙂

We came here trying to watch fireworks and went to get dinner. Immediately when I go in I head to the bathroom cause I’m heavily pregnant. A worker past me and he stunk so bad of BO I gagged. Whatever. I get into the bathroom and the first stall the toilet is busted like someone kicked it and it was filled to the brim with toilet paper. So I go to the other stall. There was period blood covering the toilet and all over the floor with a pad on the floor. I go get a manager and he very rudely said “we’ve been busy all night” and walked away. I wasn’t expecting them to clean the bathroom I was expecting them to close it considering the blood is a biohazard. We were in there waiting on food for over 40 mins and they kept being very rude to customers who came inside, if you can’t do orders inside close the damn lobby. They forgot a bunch of food and we had to ask for our items 3-4x. I’m not usually the complaining type since I’ve worked at McDonald’s during holidays but this was absolutely RIDICULOUS.
The pictures don’t even do it justice cause I was trying not to puke at how bad the bathroom was.

Good service! I love the festivity in this McDonald’s. Definitely not the fastest but it was better made then most so I’m not complaining. The guy behind the counter was really nice.

This mornings crew at window need more training or new jobs, just terrible customer service. I’ve been to this location several times and normally greeted by friendly smiling people. So sad.

The drive thru was terribly slow. Witnessed at least 5 cars leave. The food was really hot though and cooked to expectations. All in all if your in a hurry you might be at the wrong McDonalds location. All in all though the food was good and that’s all that matters.

Workers being rude to inside customers. Telling them they will get to them when they can or just flat out refusing to take a couples order. They told them they were paying cash and was told you can do it on the kiosk and pay up front. When I did my order on the kiosk it didnt give a number or a receipt. They were more worried about the drive thru. My daughter posted about the nasty bathrooms. I went into the men’s to check it out since she’s 34 weeks pregnant and had to go. The men’s room was actually clean. First time, last time.
