Ordered a Double Quarter Pounder, just got home and got a raw, regular quarter pounder. This place will mess your order up EVERY SINGLE TIME!

We were in a hurry so we went thru the drive thru.
We ordered a big Mac meal and a quarter pounder meal. With 2 double cheeseburger.
Tough order right!
We were asked to pull into a space and wait.
While we waited 6 more cars were served and left the drive thru, till they even started to come out to deliver ours.
The fries were barely warm, at least our order was right.

Almost always have to pull up and wait forever. Ordered two double cheeseburgers no onion and a large coke. Got home and had two cheeseburgers (not doubles) both WITH onions and a small fry. The fries looked like they had hardly been cooked. One time I waited over ten minutes on my food. This mcdonald’s is horrible! Employees are not very friendly most times.

I ordered $30 worth of food to sit with my sister and her autistic child so he could play on the play land. While I was ordering off of the kiosk I heard multiple employees using foul language. Although food is good and service was fast I’m giving a 1 star because management needs to get their people under control. They shouldn’t be using foul language where there is little kids present period. Especially sitting back here in the play land and u can hear them from in here. Quite possibly the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had . Waited in the drive threw for over 15 minutes with less then 5 other cars there . Ordered a cheese burger happy meal . The cheese burger had no cheese I told the lady at the window it did not have cheses and my child will not eat it with out I asked for a new sandwich to be made . She stormed off to the back and was gone for 1 or 2 minutes and came back with a container with one cheese slice and handed it me and told me to put the cheese on my burger my self . Then the cheese did not melt so my child would not eat the burger cause the cheese was not melted. Wasted money on a sandwich. This was a absolutely terrible experience.

It seems to be a time of day drop off because lunch time isn’t too bad but if you stop in the evening you’re probably going to be pissed about something during your visit. Whether it be cold fries or a sandwich built by a toddler or an hour wait to get a sandwich that has sat under a heatlamp so long you could knock someone out by throwing the bun at them. I’m just saying try to get there early or don’t go.

Order is literally never right unless it’s the breakfast crew. It’s really not that hard to read a screen. They’ve forgotten my son’s whole happy meal, don’t listen to requests and have an attitude when you call in to get your food fixed. The new snack wraps are a joke, don’t bother picking which kind you want, they’ll give you whatever they want instead. They’ve really got Kenton’s brightest working here.

Do not go to this McDonald’s! Cooperate needs to come in and do some investigating! They don’t clean there supplies and the tea looks like this! I wasn’t the only one with a tea like this. I was told by A WORKER there’s only a few employees who clean! Probably every few days! And also told by another employee the only way that tea happens like that is if they reuse tea bags or water it down to much!
