Went through the drive thru. Got the order . Went back on the highway. Did not get all of my order. I called back to the store told them what happened they ask what I ordered l told them they ask it the receipt was correct I told them I did not get a receipt I was told I could not get a refund without a receipt.
McDonald’s in South Bloomfield is a rip off. There are plenty of other places that serve breakfast.

Would give 0 stars if possible. The manager Amanda is rude al hell and does not give any cares. I ordered food for my son who was on lunch. Instead of telling the real reason food was not ready SHE told him it was not paid for. It ABSOULTY IS STILL PENDING IN MY ACCOUNT! When I called to talk to a manager I said something to my fiance and she said don’t talk like that to me I told her I was not talking to her and she hung up on me

I was very happy with our experience. There was no eating in due to the pandemic, but we didn’t mind.
We got our food to go, and ate out in our car.
Our order was accurate. Our food was very fresh. Our fries were so hot we could barely eat them which is perfect.
They had really cute Halloween decorations too. I’m not from Bellefontaine, but I will definitely consider this location when visiting town.

The drive-thru is atrocious. It is so slow. The order is often wrong and/or cold. Even trying to order inside is joke. I have stopped eating here.

20 minute wait for a burger, fries and a drink. Unbelievable. No one even stopped and asked what I was waiting for. I watched order after order go out after mine. I asked for a refund and the manager didn’t give me one. She left really quick to make my drink and then sent it out with someone else. My fries tasted like they had been redunked.

I am a huge BTS fan and I’m collecting the Tiny Tans, all the McDonalds I have been to have been so so helpful, except this one. People have dug thru boxes to get me the ones I need, given me free ones sometimes even, been so kind. This location is just plain mean and argumentative. Why? It’s a toy people are trying to collect, what need is there to be so rude. They wouldn’t even tell me if they had the purple boxes or the red boxes. Again I ask WHY? JUST BE KIND FOLKS! So disappointed

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this was not ok. I customized my iced coffee online(extra caramel and whipped cream), paid and pulled into the drive through. When I was at the window to receive my order the employee just grabbed a random looking iced coffee and I knew it wasn’t mine because I ordered mine with whipped cream and drizzle. So when I kindly told her she took my full coffee, put some whipped cream on and closed the cup…just the cup was overfloating now. So everything was dripping on my white damn pants when she handed me this…and if that wasn’t enough as soon as I took my first sip I can tell there was NO extra syrup in there, nothing…I paid EXTRA for all these things in advance trying to be a good customer and left with a dirty pants, sticky hands and not even got what I paid for. I’m baffled she thought it was okay to hand me this drink like that. No way
