No wait for seating, greeted right away. Food out fast after ordering. Waiter checked in about food and refills. Free chips and salsa. We got the chicken fajitas and kids meal. Chicken fajitas great and all veggies cooked through, not just flash fried, which we appreciate. Homemade flour tortillas a nice touch. The French fries with the kids meal could have been cooked more – they were clearly only warmed up. All-in-all would return!

The seating could use updating. Theres holes in a lot of the booths. The server i had couldnt speak english and had to get someone else. The stand in server was rude and didnt understand i wanted a smothered burrito with fajita mixture inside. I was checked on once. It was cold in there and they were skimpy with the sour cream and veggies. When it was time to pay i asked the gentleman if i take the ticket upfront to pay or pay him he was snappy and said “here ill just do it ma’am”. Hence why he got tipped $3. I would never go back here again. In a world where mexican food places are all over being rude, stingy with portions, and old furniture will sink you. Customer service is really needed to be updated here. Train your staff to be inviting.

Came here for a friend’s birthday. We ordered margaritas and were REALLY strong with very little flavor. Ordered fajitas – good portion, but they were bland with not much meat and a lot of onions. Prices were moderate and service is good. However, I will not come back to pay for bland food.

Gavino’s Special is without a doubt the best breakfast I’ve had at a Tex-Mex establishment and the fresh tortillas are incredible. Once you finish the enchiladas and eggs they are the perfect way to clean the rest of your plate. Service is top notch, quick and attentive. Will definitely be coming back
