Always missing food and nothing better than 2 pickles on top of my cheeseburger. Who is actually supervising there? Not sure if yall know this but supervisors are supposed to supervise. Yall think imma drive back for my food that you forgot? Lmao as far as I’m concerned you should be delivering that to me. You have 1 job try doing it right or compensate for doing it wrong.

Somebody from corporate needs to come down on this place. For the past month or 2 the drive through signs have been shut off. It takes ages for somebody to take your order. I read in the community Facebook group they’re swiping credit card info at the first window. The negativity and rudeness and lack of care from the majority of the employees is insane. A few weeks ago me and my wife placed an online pickup order. Parked for curbside pickup…. WE WAITED 45 MINUTES I pulled up to the microphone.. silent 20 minutes nothing from nobody finally somebody asked if they could help me and when I explained the situation they just said “okay” like they were clueless as to what to do and waited an additional 20 minutes to get my order through the drive thru after. Unexceptable for a place to be “fast food” let alone convenient… I’d fire the whole staff and start over.

Do NOT come here with a hybrid or EV. Will not take your order through the drive thru. Sat there while 2 other cars had their orders taken thru the other lane while i was sitting there before they arrived. I even gently hit my gas when my vehicle was in park so it would turn the gas engine on instead of running the electric motor. If the speaker doesn’t work, put a paper that tells so. It wasn’t even busy.

It is 4:30 p.m. two other people in here besides myself, the food was okay when I asked for a tray because we were eating here they didn’t have any they said . The dinning room is disgusting. Floor is dirty, trash everywhere. Employees standing around on their phones instead of cleaning up the dining area. One table had ketchup smeared on it. No napkins, I asked and she said “when I get time!”
The sidewalk had ice on it, not maintained very good.

It’s a good place for a quick bite. If you want burgers, this is a good spot. There are other better spots, but this is still a good place regardless.

0 stars if I could!! A family member of mine who is a teenager came in, his mom accidentally placed an order for a frappe to the wrong location. He was confused and asked for his frappe. She immediately got e and rude, started yelling at him and another male associate said he was going to clock out and threatened to fight him. All he was doing was standing at the table calling his mom bc he was confused. While he was calling her the woman was aggressively talking to him, telling him she’s not giving him a free frappe, and he told her to stop talking to him. They were then rounded up and made to leave and cops were called. It is all on video!!! Terrible way to treat a confused teenager, over a frappe.

WARNING, WARNING!!! EVERYONE BEWARE I was absolutely appalled by this restaurant!!! My wife, myself and my 2 and 3 year old children stopped in just to get 2 kids meals and an iced coffee for my wife. Got it for curbside. 5 minutes after we checked in our food said it was on the way out. Well we proceeded to wait, finally after about 10 minutes my wife goes inside and was able to get the kids meals and iced coffee which the food was cold and iced coffee the ice was melted. So I proceeded in for replacement or refund, as soon as I set foot in the door all I could smell was the restrooms or some kid of sewage smell. Approaching the counter I would not recommend touching the floor behind was absolutely disgusting!! I could only imagine what the kitchen looked like. Stood there for a good 5 minutes before getting acknowledged and finally got to talk to the rudest manager I have ever had to. She was about 5’3″ , red hair and about 55 years old, she refused a replacement and refund and said everyone was working to hard to run the food out to curbside. We ate at sonic that night and it was glorious!!! And least they knew I was a manager at a McDonald’s and would have never dreamed about speaking to a customer like that!!! EVERYONE BEWARE

I stopped at 7:30 on a Sunday night as we were traveling. The restaurant was out of fries completely, but this wasn’t clear or announced as i was trying to order; it made placing an order from the kiosk almost impossible. It just grayed out any meal option with no explanation.
In addition, when trying to add a kids meal, the kiosk told me that no fountain drink was available. I asked if someone could take my order instead, they said someone would but that took several minutes so we just chose milk instead.
The employee said the Grinch special meals cleared them out of fries. But since I hadn’t been to a McDonald’s in several years, this helped me decide I’ll probably wait another few to try again.

Food was ok. Girl at the window gave me the food then handed me a large drink at which time I requested a drink carrier as I had ordered 2 large drinks. She barely pushed the second drink into the carrier and while looking back into the store handed the drink carrier out of the window. The drink in the carrier started to fall out of the carrier but I was able to grab the carrier from her and do a balancing act to not drop the drink out of the carrier!! All the time she’s looking at and talking to another coworker and couldn’t care less what was going on at the window!!!! The window quickly slammed shut and she was gone!! I then got the chance to do her work for her, albeit inside of a car with a steering wheel in my way!!!! Not a nice well lit flat surface!!!! Look nobody expects much when you go through the drive thru at McDonald’s, but it would be nice if people at least paid attention a little more!!!!
