Ordered from the app. 20 piece nugget to share with my dog as well as a lg sized arch meal. Wanted sweet and sour and hot honey. Got home with 14 deflated cold nuggets and the wrong sauce. I dont eat hot mustard. Disgusting. The arch burger had such little sauce i couldn’t taste it. Tried to call and complain and no one answers the phone.

If I could give them no stars I would the 3rd shift workers are very rude, impatient and disrespectful. I tried to talk to the managers about their employees behavior to me and they told me “if you don’t like it then you can leave or we will call the police” all because I asked about sauce and food, i paid for and did not receive. As a fellow fast food worker I was highly disappointed in the employees

Rude people, horrible service, food tasted like it always does. I was staying at the days in next door and woke up and waited till the app said their dining room was open and allowed me to order for counter top because I don’t have a car for drive thur. I walked over and tried to go in and both doors were locked and the employees looking at me. Normally woulda left and went back to the hotel but the order said it was ready and too late to cancel. So after calling them like a toxic ex I walked to the drive thru window to try to pick it up and they wouldn’t come to the window but I showed my order and they pointed to the front so I walk back around and a guy lets me in then, when I get to the front one guy starts yelling at me that the lobby isn’t open yet, I ignor it then he yells again and I said yea I got an order dude let me in, then the manager lady comes up and says the dining room ain’t open yet with a pissed off look and I tell her I had an order on the app and they wouldn’t serve me Thur the drive and i wasn’t gonna wait out in the cold any longer and they told me to come in and the app and google said the dining room was open so like not my fault and they already got paid. So I finally got my food and then let them know how kind they were and left.

Worst McDonalds in the state hands down. This location is the most “closed” 24/7 location in history. Just left there, I pulled in at 430 and was told they’re closed and asked why. He said how you expect us to switch to breakfast. I said because everything on your menu can be cooked under a certain amount of time. He then refused to take my order at that point. Leadership here for the shift at the time of this posting should be unemployed. 0 stars all around. Anybody reading this, DONT GO HERE!! Seriously don’t. The reviews force a star but 0 stars all around. Go to Wendy’s if you live in this area.

My order just arrived cold and incomplete. I paid $52.11 for nothing. My order, LR37EN37, arrived cold, mangled, and incomplete. The drinks were missing, the fries were gone, and I was missing a hamburger. The boxes were wet, the hamburgers were soggy, and even though I tried to put them back together so I wouldn’t be so upset since I waited all day to have dinner with my family, the food was inedible! Even the dog food looks better! They are incompetent. I called the branch and no one answered. I have pictures of everything. They are inefficient. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Only buy Senior Decaffeinated Coffee. Young lady at windows gave me Coffee that was Luke warm.When trying to explain that Coffee was luke warm she couldn’t hear for background and outside noise.She said ” don’t yell at me. I politely said I’m not yelling you can hear me.Someone else came to.window and helped .I parked and went inside explained to.Manager, he.apologized and gave me fresh hot coffee. I asked him to let her know I wasn’t upset or yelling. I hope.and.pray this.young lady doesn’t express her frustration to other customers in this manner.

They’ll give you old food even if your waiting for 25 mins. They also are good for missing something I ordered or a friend of mines ordered. There not good at following allergic condiment or topping removal request. I’ve never received anything complimentary for having to constantly go back through the line. As a customers who already waited patiently to get there food, then having to go back through the drive-thru line you sacrifices time, gas, and the food that was made correct gets cold. They also close the inside like 30 mins early every night which is false advertisement because the inside shouldn’t close till 10 pm. The morning shift is extremely good at not causing any of these problems, the night shift is the shift that causes all of these issues

Asked for ketchup. Didn’t get it. Was on receipt. Asked for coke zero, got coke. I am diabetic and they always do this. Didn’t get all of our food. No straws. Staff was rude, short and snarky to their customers this morning around 8:30ish. Will not be back to this location.

What kind of stupidness is this where they only allow you to order through the mobile app? You can’t even get some fries without having to use their app. The only reason why i come here is because its around the corner. The service is already worthless and the workers sometimes smell like weed at the window and now… now I need an app to order? THIS IS A DRIVE THROUGH…. I CAN SEE THE CASH REGISTER….. Pffff, absolute disappointment.
