Not that McDonalds is notorious for greatness, but I am a service provider for AAA and I stopped in to get food during my break, and use the restroom because I had not gotten a chance to relieve myself for several hours due to high call volume. Upon entering, I placed my order at the kiosk then went to go use the restroom. At that point a woman behind the counter yelled at me that the bathrooms were being cleaned. So I waited several minutes while they were preparing my food and witnessed them being extremely disrespectful to another customer who had to ask for them to correct his order multiple times. During that whole time, nobody went in or out of the restrooms, so I peeked my head in and saw nobody in the restroom and figured they must have finished that restroom and were cleaning the other one. So I went in because all I needed to do was pee, as I had been holding it for hours already. At that point that same woman came into the restroom and harassed me further yelling “I clearly said we were cleaning the bathrooms”. I replied “there was nobody in here, so who’s cleaning?” Mind you, I did not make a mess or do anything destructive, I am literally just someone who works in a truck all day and needed to pee. Sounded to me more like the worker didn’t want anyone to go in there and make a mess, which I didn’t. It was extremely unprofessional and made me super uncomfortable that she felt the need to follow me into the bathroom to yell at me. The bathroom is literally there for people to use it, wtaf is y’all problem…??? Very rude staff person, I wasn’t causing any trouble.

9:00 a.m. December 4th, I had a mobile order, gave the code at the window and the person said they couldn’t find the order please come in. I went in and was the only person in the line, I stood there for 10 minutes and absolutely no one helped me, when a person behind me in line asked if we could get service the manager was extremely rude to him. Truly the single worth service I’ve ever had fast food in my life. Shame on this McDonald’s… And more importantly shame on that manager.
I had already paid and I still left with nothing, it was so frustrating I literally decided to let them keep the money and just leave and go somewhere else.

I feel like it’s worth noting how awesome the staff is here! Every time I come here, they go above and beyond to make sure things are running smoothly and orders are correct. One time an order I placed and paid for at the kiosk wasn’t correctly sent to the kitchen and the woman working at the register said, “No worries, let me know what the order was and I’ll take care of it!” No questions asked, no acting suspicious of me!

The lady working around 3am on 10/26/2025 was a better worker than I’ve seen in sit-down restaurants. Kind, attentive, and super friendly. I’m not one to leave reviews on fast food spots often but I truly hope the worker who served me gets the recognition she deserves.

I was here ordered and dined in onThanksgiving day. It was almost the only resteraunt opening which I really appreciate it. However, the staff didn’t let us know that they were closing soon and after we found a table and started eating, the guy in suit rushed to us and threw all our food and pushed us out. It was THE MOST TERRIBLE experience ever!!! I’ll NEVER come back to this store again. It’s a pity that I used to love this store before.

I was 35 minutes early for work today …. Oh wait… no I wasn’t. At least not after stopping at this McDonald’s
I waited just shy of 30 minutes for some hotcakes and sausage…
That is unacceptable.
Honestly the manager there is pretty condescending. I see him often and it’s always the same attitude towards the customer. Like the customer is an idiotic annoyance. Not sure if that was proper grammar. Anyway this location is about to be on my list of “no go” locations.

I was shocked at how rude some of the workers are at this place. They had forgot to give me a cup, so I asked a young girl bagging food, who blatantly disregarded me and said “isn’t she over there” in a very mean tone, to not only me, but her fellow worker. The older woman who did give me the cup, was thankfully so nice.

Does customer service mean anything anymore? Stopped by this location Monday @ 7pm. Got a QP and the burger was burnt. No big deal. While I was choking down my burnt QP the lone dining room employee told me I had to finish up, they were closing soon. It was 7:30. I asked the employee what time they closed? I said 7:30 was an odd closing time. I didn’t get an answer to my question. Her response to me was, “I’m trying to clean up. I don’t have to explain myself to you.”
The employee wasn’t a teenager, who you might expect some animosity from. Nope, this lady was old enough to have known better. She just didn’t care about me one bit.
Customer service is a thing of the past. It no longer exists in fast food. I do everything I can to avoid any interaction with fast food employees whenever I order food and I thought I had avoided this unpleasant employee. Unfortunately, she still managed to hit me with a blast of that negative energy I could feel radiating from her when I entered the restaurant. Thank you McDonald’s for not confusing the issue for me.
