Not a bad inner city MickyD’s, service isn’t bad, and the drive thru keeps moving. Food is pretty fair McD’s average or even a little better then average. And that’s good for McDonald’s, they are all above average to begin with.

Pretty sure their fryer is busted and that they either don’t know, or that they’re intentionally pulling the fried items out prematurely, to cut down on order times. Two days in a row, my fries were grossly undercooked, as if they were dunked just long enough to thaw them– pale white, cold, and just enough oil and salt to appear as though they went through the steps. Both times I was told they were “fresh.” Nuggets are pre-cooked prior to being frozen, so while my nuggets were cold, at least they were (barely) edible. Burgers are fine, restaurant is good, staff are friendly; Just stay away from anything fried– especially if they claim it’s “fresh.”

I ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin with Cheese and a Hash Brown. My food was hot and fresh, but the hash brown was unfortunately undercooked. The person working the drive-thru intercom and pay window was extremely polite and professional, which I appreciated. However, the woman working the food pickup window could really improve her customer service — she was noticeably rude and made the experience less pleasant. Overall, the food was okay, but the service was mixed.

This may be the Best McDonald’s in the state of Ohio! You will be acknowledged and cheerfully served by the staff. Many McDonald’s locations seemly go out of their way to ignore your presence. But this one delivers excellent customer care ! Made my ice coffee exactly as ordered. And their ice tea is always good. Thanks for serving with a smile as it’s an even better pick me up than the coffee you serve.

Fried food is always severely undercooked. Even when asking for it to be well done.
Last time I ordered the bottom of my bag was completely drenched in grease. Napkins were so wet they fell apart.
Drive through service is very rarely friendly. You can give them a half hour to make your food and you’ll still have to pull forward and wait. Not a place for a quick meal. Go to the one in London instead.

The management of this McDonald’s should pay attention. The employees here are extremely lazy. McDonald’s is usually known for being fast, but this place is just terrible.

This McDonald’s is super busy. They do Howe’s make the food very fast. Nothing was burned or overcooked. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. It’s a big plus to be across the street from the TA. True TA closes the Popeyes early because of this covid thing.
