Was well staffed. Refused to take our order at counter. Stated you had to use the kiosk. Horrible service. Took 20 minutes to get our food. Dinning room was so dirty we ate in the car.

The girl at the counter went out of her way to get my grandson the Mario toy that they thought they were out of. Other than that the lobby is gross, my sandwich was burned and the hamburger was broken in half so it fell into my box. And there were chard grilled pieces in the box from where they scrape the grill.
It makes me sad that things are this bad here on 665. I remember when they built it, and when they remodeled it. Maybe day shift is different but the night crew is standing around talking.

This store was filthy. My family and I just attempted to walk in and eat here as a treat for my kids. But when I tell you this lobby and seating area was covered in dirt I am not exaggerating. I have never seen a modern day restaurant this dirty. All of the door mats were covered in hair dirt and pieces from outside. The floors with full dirt on them and tables that have not been touched, not to mention brooms and mops in the corners by the trash cans dirty as well. Needless to say, we did not place an order and drive to the location off of string town road.

McDonald’s #22729. I ordered two large sweet teas and a large fry in the drive-thru; pretty simple order, right? Apparently not! I was given two large UNsweetened teas and the fries were not done. And it wasn’t cheap; $8.49 for this crap. I was already back on the road, or I would have returned it.

Absolutely even the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant! The one lady in particular, her name was Emery E-M-E-R-Y because she felt the need to spell it out to me and wanted to have a smart attitude with thinking the whole order was not working correctly, so she decided to be little me and the rat will never be coming again!!!

Wish I had read the reviews first. Just awful.. I ordered on the app while traveling. I had to use the restroom so I went inside. After waiting 10 mins for someone to come up front, they wouldn’t let me just pick up my food. Dismissed me, and went to the next customer. They said since I ordered on the APP I HAVE to go through drive thru to get my order. I stood here in total disbelief. I’m standing 3 feet from the drive thru window? I had to leave and get in the drive thru line to get my food, they wouldn’t just hand it to me. If you’re traveling. Plan on adding 40 mins to your trip stopping here. It’s awful.

It is extremely important to check your order before you leave. They always forget something or make it wrong. The worst was ordering & paying through the app, to drive through the drive-thru for them to tell you they didn’t receive your order. Then to make you pay again when you show them the receipt!

So whoever thought that making the drive-through an automated voice system was a good idea, was completely out of their mind not only did they mess up my order, and I couldn’t see it because the screen was messed up. But it’s terrible Service. What happened to customer service? There is none anymore that’s what happened. So I get home and pull out my food and it’s wrong of course and that’s why my total was so freaking expensive but I couldn’t see what was on the screen because the screen was broken so during this Christmas time we are even more broke now because McDonald’s has an automated system that screwed me over and that’s what happened and I’m sincerely mad that McDonald’s has went this far and they can’t even take freaking orders anymore !!!! And come on people you literally don’t have to take orders anymore but yet you still can’t spread pickles on a sandwich like normal people it’s like you just grab a handful and slop it on there and where is my mayonnaise. I’m just irritated if you can’t tell….

So slow. :30 minutes for a mobile order through drive thru. Would have been longer but 1/2 the people got out of line before ordering which I would have done if I hadn’t already been charged for the meal on the mobile app! They need to seriously rethink their processes because something is broke. I asked what is going on and they said they just got some employees in that there were only 2 of them since 5:00 am. It’s now nearly 8:00. 35 minutes and counting.

8/20/24 things have vastly improved at this McDonald’s and the seem to have steady employment of staff and it is back to the fast food efficiency that you’d expect from McDonald’s.
