This place is so hit or miss. Lately it has been miss. I get the world is short staffed but never should a food item leave the store looking like someone has already eaten it. Mornings and lunch time are usually decent but if you go at dinner time you never know what you are going to get. My family won’t be going back to this McDonalds for a long time. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because the manager offered to make us new food. But after we are already home I don’t want to go back up to get it since the rest of the family had pizza. This is unacceptable.

It wouldve been great to even get a chance to try their food. My fiance and I work construction and leave home early and per the internet their supposed to be open at 5am. We get there and the drive through boards are on and cars in the drive through but noone is taking orders. You guys seriously need to either not advertise hours your opening or not turn on the lights until youre ready to open to the public. Customer service these days is aweful. Noone has any work ethic any more!

I used a coupon code for a free quarter pounder with cheese and the cashier put the code in then accidentally deleted it so she asked for the code again. It rejected the code as it said it had already been used. It had only been used when she entered it seconds before. She got the manager and explained and also added tht she believed the reason it rejected the code was because of whatever she accidentally did when entering the code. The Manager then replied with,”well I dnt think there is anything else we can do.” Seriously.

Epic drive thru experience – well done! Woke up early and everyone wanted breakfast – didn’t feel like cooking this morning. Ordered a bunch of food at the drive thru. I pulled up to the window and the employee handed me my coffee and told me to pull on through to the next window. Even though we had to wait – I had my coffee while waiting. Life is good! The drive thru crew was thinking about the customer. Awesome customer experience.

Honestly if I could rate this store 0 Stars I would. The morning staff is amazing at this store. But the night shift is terrible they all have attitudes and have no customer service what’s so ever. The only person that ever has a decent attitude is the male manager and that’s unacceptable. The food that I ordered tonight was absolutely disgusting, I got the 2 for $6 tonight and my brother got the Chrispy chicken meal. My nuggets were super soggy and cold they seem like they weren’t even held in a hot held and they were made 3 hours ago. The fries were also still raw. The fries had no color to them and they were so soft and gross. The thing that makes this so upsetting is that the order taker had a terrible attitude and seemed like she hated her job. As a former GM this stuff is not acceptable for a company to entertain.
