I always stop in once a week for breakfast on my morning commute to work. As someone who used to work for McDonald’s (a while ago lol) the environment in the kitchen tells you everything you need to know about how the place is ran. And in the kitchen they’re always very professional and positive. No yelling, screaming, or stressing which makes the customer’s experience much better. The restaurant is always very clean, and paper products are stocked. My food always comes out fresh and with a smile. In and out. Obviously no McDonald’s is perfect, but this one is pretty dang good.

Hard over cooked fires which were uneatable. The food at this specific location is always burnt or terrible but we were forced to come here after our first bad experience due to it being closest. Would have had to go opposite location for better McDonald’s.

Get the orders wrong half the time. This time it took over 10 minutes to get a large fry and two large Cokes at 3:00 on a Saturday. Absolutely ridiculous. This location is awful and gets worse every time we come.

Ordered online through the app. Sat waiting for 20 minutes, no one came out with my order. I went in and got it from the counter and got a hollow “sorry,” and my bag just placed on the counter. My food was sitting out in a bag for at least 15 minutes and was now cold and stale. No offer to remake, just a “here’s your order, sorry.” I get that it’s fast food, but that was seriously disappointing. Management needs to do better.

Food was literally ice cold. Definitely not heated or cooked all the way through. I think it’s time for the health department to pop in and check your food temps. I understand it’s McDonald’s but come on. People pay for it.

Place a mobile order when I get off work at 10pm get there no later than 10:30pm and crickets at the drive through. They say nothing..drive up to the window crews in there working no headsets. They walk by trying to act like they don’t see me. Finally someone comes nonchalantly can I help you..? THIS HAS HAPPENED 3 TIMES NOW. Get it together.

My friend and I recently have started to do this thing where we go to different McDonald’s around town and see which one is the best. And honestly. I was really impressed with this McDonald’s. Even though it was pretty busy, the service was quick. they even brought the food out to us, which was a nice surprise. The chicken nuggets were honestly the best I’ve ever had from McDonald’s. The fries could’ve used a little more salt, but that’s the only minor thing. The inside was clean and had a cute, welcoming setup. Overall, no complaints. Great food, great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
