I ordered fresh berry crepes to-go, which were $11.79 by the way, & this is what I got.
There’s no description with the menu items but in the picture on the menu there appears to be some filling in the crepes which are then topped with plenty of strawberries.
There was no filling & a meager amount of strawberries.
Pretty disappointing, especially given the cost.

I ordered on the app. I arrived 15 minutes after my meal was supposed to be ready. I stood waiting for 8 minutes before anyone noticed. She said give me a minute. Over 5 minutes later another person walked in to be seated. She walked over and said give me a minute to box it up. Over a half an hour after it was supposed to be ready for me to walk out with and it’s still sitting waiting to be boxed up? She sat the other person walked back and forth then finally after I had been in the store for over 25 minutes I received my cold, microwaved, disgusting meal. She literally sat it on the counter and walked away. She didnt say anything. I was 30 minute late getting back to work from my lunch break. Next time I’ll go to McDonald’s. Their food is quick, hot, tastes better and half the price.

I always order on the website and do pickup, it’s always super late, and lately my orders have been PERFECT. I always get the same thing- strawberry banana French toast (plus some other stuff) and over half the time, something would be missing. Sometimes no hash browns, other times no strawberry sauce- sometimes no strawberry sauce OR bananas, which is wild considering it’s in the name.
But lately everything has been accounted for, even a little side of powdered sugar which makes my day. One time the bananas were placed side by side on my French toast and it was adorable. Just had to say all that- thank you!

The staff were really nice and friendly, they got our food out pretty fast, even when it was packed. It was quiet and the food was delicious. Yummy!

Cleanest chain restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. Servers were prompt and efficient enough that IHOP risks having them poached by the Holy Chicken Chain.

I’ve been a fan of this location since the early 2000s and over the past year the service has kept us coming back. Zacharyah helped us tonight and was kind, attentive and very gracious. On a night where that warmth really mattered, that care was genuinely appreciated. Small gestures and sincere appreciation made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Thank you to the management team for fostering an environment where this kind of service can happen.

Cant give a good rating because cooks move at turtles pace. 1 hour wait still no food,grant it its valentine day but they weren’t that busy. Need to get real seasoned cooks and with 4 cooks food should have been busted out faster!!! Do better

My wonderful friend and I had a great time catching up with each other. The waitress was very friendly and made sure that whatever we requested was delivered in a very timely manner. Our food was hot and delicious !!! The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food we received. Definitely worth the drive to one side of Boise from the other side of Meridian…
