We live down the street from this McDonald’s and it’s by far one of the worst ones. PLEASE save your money and go spend it at another higher quality McDonald’s in the Dublin/Hilliard area. Not expecting McDonald’s to be high end of course but every-time without a fail they forgot something and we ALWAYS have to go back. Im always waiting 10+ minutes sometimes more in the drive thru, the staff is usually friendly though I’ve never had a problem with that it’s just the lack of attention to detail and us having to go back to the restaurant to get the rest of our food is just such a inconvenience. Our most recent order today was cold and again forgetting something so here’s another gas trip wasted. We won’t be eating here anymore.

I know this is McDonald’s, so I don’t expect too much, but this location misses the mark more times than not. I don’t usually have an issue with my order being correct, but the staff here (outside of a few employees) are often rude or flat-out disinterested in accommodating you. Wait times are always incredibly long, especially at night. For such a prime location, I’m surprised at how constantly inefficient and unprepared they are.

New building and in a good location. Staff is not very competent. Drive through car orders were not taken in order. Asked for large size combo, but it was put in as medium. At the widow I asked the to correct it, they said they would, had me pull up to the second pickup window, fill got a medium. One of the combos did not have condiment. Nice staff, but need more training.

Just went through the drive-thru got my daily double meal and coke took a while to get my food but nobody ahead of me got my food drove 3 mins down the road back to work promptly started to eat when I realized all the food was ice cold the sandwich had cheese so old it was hard and dry on the parts sticking out of the patties. I could not eat it and didn’t have time to go back. Will not be going back. I only went to this McDonald’s because it’s the newer one and they did make all the food great when they first started

This McDonald’s is cleaner and has cleaner bathrooms surprisingly and has better food than the location I’m near and the employees are more polite than the one I currently next too. AND here’s the funny thing the ice cream machine always works whenever I’m there. Sprite never dissappoint’s me at McDs

I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this McDonald’s location, and today was no exception. After waiting over 20 minutes at the window, I was told the items I ordered weren’t available. I accepted substitutions just to move things along, but then waited another 15 minutes only to receive the wrong food with items missing. In total, I spent over 30 minutes and still left without what I ordered. Fast food should be efficient and accurate, but this location continues to fall short. I hope management addresses the staffing and order accuracy issues, because as a nearby customer I’d like to have a reliable option.

I’m a Doordash driver and was picking an order. I was there for over 20 minutes. In that span of time an Uber Eats driver came in got his order and left and a group of teenagers came in ordered and got their food. 3-4 different employees looked me dead in the eye while I was standing at the counter and not one of them came to ask if I needed assistance. If was a regular customer I would’ve been waiting forever apparently. When one guy finally told me they’re working on it, it took 10 minutes after that. Then he just left the food on the shelf, turned around and walked back. Not even a “sorry about the wait”. Never in my life had a worse experience at a McDonald’s or any restaurant.

they only cared about the drive through. Even the to go orders ordered inside came out ahead of our food. Then when we got our food it was cold like it was just sitting in the kitchen. Every booth table was filthy inside. One of the worst fast food experiences of my life and it was expressed by everyone in the dining room. It was so bad my wife even said “I may never need to go back to McDonald’s ever again . I will never give this location another look the service and dining room were so bad.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. We were so excited when this was being built as it is a 2 min drive from us. We have given this one several chances and they cannot get our order right any time we are there. They always forget something or only give part of an order, it takes them forever to figure out what they missed and by the time you get all of your food it’s cold. We just made the mistake of ordering from here again and we only received half of our order and it sat so long the drinks didn’t even have anymore ice.
