If McDonalds if going to continue to raise their prices and charge for extra sauce, their quality standards should rise too. I ordered nearly $20 worth for food and the chicken tenders came out in one order fine and one order almost so thin, dry and over cooked it was inedible. I don’t expect much from McDonalds anymore, but for $6 for a 4pc chicken strip that is so over cooked its leathery and hard to chew…. naw….. that’s too much…. AND this is after I had to pull forward and wait for my order for almost 10 mins.

Update 10/24/25. Wait time the last couple times have been little to no wait and food quality has been much improved, but the general downfall of McDonalds corporate quality/value remains. Local store seems to have improved.

I placed a mobile order spending $28 for two large combos one with a milkshake for the drink. Upon arriving home to eat my food I noticed it was not made as i ordered it! Living close to this particular location I would not have cared to take my time to go back to have it fixed. I called the store and ask to speak with the manager a female manager by the name of Ellie was who greeted me on the phone I explained my situation and concerns she told me that it was my fault for not placing the order correctly within the app and that I needed to contact the online company I placed my order with I explained I placed my order through the app and the prior night I had issues when coming into the store to order I thought perhaps if I placed my order online tonight it would be correct considering it tells them what to all or take off absolutely not either way they still seem to get something wrong every time not just one or a few ! The manager let me know she could not be any help to me I needed to deal with it within the app! Is sad how they let their management treat and talk to their customers.

Firstly, the cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant were remarkable. The dining area was well-maintained, with spotless tables and floors. The comfortable seating arrangements allowed for a relaxed dining experience, even during peak hours. The staff members were extremely friendly and greeted me with a warm smile. They efficiently took my order and delivered it promptly.
