Why am I getting pulled to the side every time for just a 4 piece nugget happy meal??? Clearly someone isn’t doing something right if this is the case. Then please bring two bags of food to my car window that aren’t mine and dig your hands through someone else’s food only to find out its just like I told you, not mine. Way more awesome when it’s cold out too and kids(employees) are walking car to car with what was once warm food is this a real thing??? the lady that works the register in the morning is awesome. Almost so efficient she doesn’t fit in here.

If i could give below a 1 star i would. Imagine you spend your money to eat and you get a burger wit a moldy bun. If i got this i can only imagine how many other people got the same thing, or how much mold is really growing back there… bout to go eat here? nahhhh turn around.

Makes you park and wait every single time irregardless of what you order, even if it is just one thing. I would imagine this makes the person’s job constantly running in and out in the rain, heat, etc. incredibly more difficult than it should be not to mention it’s a guessing game of how long you will wait after you’ve paid. It’s no wonder this McDonald’s can’t keep help.

Ordered and paid in a reasonable time but was directed to a parking spot along with everyone else. Some is waited more than 20 minutes, including me. Poor girl was running all over the place not knowing whose order was who’s. I went and got a refund. The manager asked no questions. They’re cheating on their drive thru times by making people wait in the parking lot. Ultimately drive thru time is well over 20 minutes. I don’t know why I keep thinking things will be different. Got my money back. $7.41. I spent that exact amount at cook out and was in and out in less than 5 minutes with 2 quesadillas, fries, bacon wrap and a drink. Wendy’s just down the road is pretty pitiful as well.

Sick to death. Salt,salt, pour on the salt..and pepper. Used to be people asked for extra salt and pepper because you can always add more but ya can’t remove it. Management teach! Sad, I stopped in Hodgenville and got exactly what a big Mac and fry should be. I was in awe. I thought it was a lost art. Russell springs and Columbia take note, please.

I would appreciate it if they would stop making people park and wait on their food for over 30 minutes.. it’s not the first time it has happened , it’s been many times now and I am not the only one with this problem. it’s drive thru for a reason not order and park . I use to work at a McDonald’s in another location and I know how it’s suppose to go. Not this . Also what happened to quality of workmanship and the quality of the food ? And why are they purposefully messing up orders on people ? There are some that’s not so new at the job and should know by now . Please fix that problem .

If I could give this place no stars I would.. I went to the drive thru window and waited and noone took my order. Pulled up to the first window and sat there and 2 young boys were just standing in there, finally they came to the window and I told one of them what I wanted and he just like looked at me like I was crazy. Finally after telling him what I wanted about 5 times, I think it registered. The one boy apologized because i told him that the one boy that had the headset on needed to get it together. I pulled to the second window and they had me pull up to the curb, like there was a line or something behind me. And mind you when I first pulled up to the speaker to order there were several cars behind me but by the time I got to the 1st window there were no cars behind me. Anyway, the bottom line is this place is a joke. They need all new employees or maybe a new manager to run this place. I won’t be back.
