Got my order wrong again I asked for extra whipped cream and paid for it not only did I not get extra I didn’t even get any, and it shouldn’t be happening due to the fact that I go to that same one every day around the same time and its always the same workers I recognize and I always order the same thing every time a hot medium mocha with added caramel syrup (3) and extra whip cream which im charged for 2 because that drink doesnt come with whip cream so they have to add it then an additional for it to be extra whip cream. Simple right? Apparently not for McDonald’s….

Had two DoorDash orders to pick up. After waiting 10 minutes, finally got someone to acknowledge my presence. They then told me their DoorDash tablet wasn’t even turned on, so they didn’t get the orders. They told me to wait. When I asked if it was being made, the employee got rude and said she already told me there was no DoorDash order. When I pointed out she was having an attitude the manager stepped in and treated me like I was the one in the wrong and said she was banning me from the store. They proceeded to ignore me, and I had to ask a cashier who proceeded to tell me they probably weren’t going to make the orders. All I wanted was better communication from the employees, but you can’t get that here.

The food is good. No drink refills unless you go to the counter. No salt unless you go to the counter. I was looking for napkins and I had to get them from behind the counter. Thats BS!! I’ll never come back. McDonald’s used to be great, but has gone to hell in a handbasket.

Spent 30$ on two raw quarter sandwiches. I ordered a quarter cheese deluxe and double quarter cheese sandwich. They have me a quarter cheese with no sauces and raw meat and my husbands double quarter cheese was raw. The two happy meals were fine I guess but 20 minutes for food you can’t eat. These restraints have really gone down.

This was one of the best resteraunt experiences I have ever had, my family and I had just got out of an 8 hour hospital trip, they were so kind and energetic even though they were about to close they let us eat and took such great care of us, thank you to everyone there, if you see this I want you to know you made our whole day amazing and worth it, possibly the whole week Thank you!

Stopped there last night to get a quick hamburger and apple pie, they had us move up because we had to wait on the apple pie. That was not a problem I moved up and waited for about five minutes. Got home and there was no apple pie. What did I wait for? The frys were supposed to be large and guess what they were in a large fry box but it was only half full. This is the second time this place has disappointed me.

I’m just being picky, every time I stop I get the same thing and EVERY TIME the sandwich is so Caddywompas, just slapped together, pressed flat as can be! NEVER inside the wrapper. I mean it’s not hard to get the damn sandwich in the wrapper, it’s not hard to keep the sandwich together and not smashed down. It would never look like the picture on the menu or change the picture on the menu to a smashed down, flat chicken sandwich with mayo pushed out the sides so we don’t get the wrong idea what the sandwich is supposed to look like!
