When we walked in the restaurant was nicely decorated for Monopoly. That was the best part of this visit. Service was slow, which I get happens sometimes, but the employees all seemed generally miserable. Got a sigh when I asked for ranch and later another sigh when I let them know the unsweetened tea dispenser had sweet tea in it. No conversation, just sighs. Felt like I was at the DMV. Never did get that unsweetened tea. Probably skip this one next time through town.

Food order was correct but had to stand at the counter waiting on a cup for my drink. The girl handed me the coke slushie and walked away. I guess they were busy but they seemed more worried about the drive thru than the dine in. The service was lacking inside for sure and the tea was empty. But the food was made correct.

I went through the drive thru and ordered the two cheeseburger meal. I drive up to the window and was given my drink and then was asked to pull around that they would bring my food to me. I refused to pull around especially when no one else was behind me. At that time the person at the window states well someone will be behind you shortly. I still refused to move. I was shortly handed my meal with no thank you please come again or anything. VERY RUDE!!! The last time I was told to pull around I sat there for 30 minutes before getting my food!! I had to walk in to get my food. From that point on I refuse to pull around.

Absolutely horrible service. No sense of urgency or professionalism whatsoever anytime I am here I am made to wait usually 15 to 20 mins for food and literally every time I get my food it’s not what i ordered so then I have to go back in and wait longer just to get my actual order

This place was just disgusting. Took my kid into eat dinner at 5pm on a Friday. As soon as we walked into the door, the floor was wet in several places, there was trash on nearly every table, trash cans were overflowing, All the tables were dirty. You could tell taking care of cleaning the lobby wasn’t a top priority. When I ordered our food from the screen, the kiosk was greasy and dirty, there was no recipt paper, and the table number markers were all greasy and nasty. I can only imagine how many germs have infested this location. And then we got our cups for our meals. The girl behind the counter wasn’t the smartest, or the friendliest. More rude and hateful. But we went to the worst looking drink station I’ve ever seen to fill our drink cups. Used napkins filled the counter, ketchup smeared everywhere, mounds of ice, straw papers, and just pure funk… I’ll definitely never go back.. then we got the cold stale disgusting food. Burger for my boy was Luke warm at best, cheese wasn’t even warm. My nuggets were so old they were hard and rubbery. I took the food back to the counter, and the people looked at me and rolled their eyes at me when I said this food isn’t fresh. Then the girl said ” Or are you just to good to eat it” it took nearly 20 minutes for my food to be replaced. I’m sooo never going back.. for food, service, or anything else…

Attention to detail!…Cleanliness is always important especially where food is being prepared/served. If your parking lot, lobby, and even the glass on the drive thru windows are all messy, or unkept then that is probably a close indication of how that specific place of business is managed within as well.

When we came to this restaurant, they had decorated for monopoly… Which was awesome. After our meal which was okay, we decided to order apple pies. Since we had a party of seven. We ordered two pies per person. We were told it would be fourteen minutes because they had to make some new ones which we were fine with. We went back to our table to begin the weight only to realize they had rung us off incorrectly and overcharged us by six dollars. We went back up and brought this to their attention.So they processed their refund and rerang the order. After another twelve minutes, we went up to find out the status, only to be told that they hadn’t put any pies in for us the first time ee had ordered, and it would be another fourteen minute wait. As you can imagine, we were not happy with this information. When we spoke to a manager about this, we were told that because they already processed a refund for their first mistake, we would have to wait until the pies were done or we could leave without them, but they could not process another refund. After looking at some of the other reviews, this type of customer service seems to be fairly normal for this location, whiich is….sad. What is even more irritating is that we spent a lot of money on a family meal that was supposed to be a special occasion to have this type of service.

Friendly staff good food good prices of course it is McDonald’s so that shouldn’t be a surprise on that aspect of the review floor is a little dirty but as I’m writing this review there is a employee sweeping and wiping off the table’s empting trash cans as well asking customers how there day is going and if everything is ok with there orders thats something you don’t see or hear to often especially at a fast food restaurant so for that reason right there is what that $5.00 that your gonna find on the floor when i leave is for just because you took the few seconds to ask someone how there day was going
