Regularly have issues getting the attention of the staff. Staff will make eye contact with you and quickly look away instead of offering assistance. Sweet tea doesn’t exist in the dining room after 1pm. Food is usually right and on point but with as many people as they have in the kitchen a little customer service isn’t too much to ask for.

I was not happy with my order tonight.
I asked for my fries crispy. Didn’t get them crispy.
Got to the snack wraps. There was more sauce than anything.

12/02- 7am, Frape machine down for cleaning again cause apparently they don’t do it at night.
12/16 – 6:45am, Frape machine down for cleaning again. Told it was down for cleaning. I ask don’t you clean that at night since y’all just opened? The answer I was given was no they do that during the day…. that’s really stupid.
I’ll continue to give reports since 90% (not over exaggerating) the time there’s always an issue at this location. I work out of town and people in surrounding counties tell me if they’re in Scottsville they won’t even eat it this restaurant. I can name at least three or four times in the past few months that I’ve been in the lobby, waiting up to 10 or 15 minutes just to get my order taken because they’re short staffed or the people working there only know how to look at a screen and run back and forth without really doing anything and I watch other customers that were waiting as well just walk out. Drive thru? Get ready. Just getting a simple Burger and Fries which is supposed to already be pre-made, can have you waiting in spot A or B for 15 or 20 minutes, then be brought the food cold after waiting all that time. Choices are limited in Scottsville and it’s the cheapest fast food joint, that’s why this idiot keeps going there. Maybe the Burrell family will take interest in their own store and straighten it up… but seeing as I have frequented this location since it replaced Hardee’s in the ’90s and use my hard earned dollars to get cold or the wrong food most of the time in that 30 years, I doubt it.
Night crew just wants to get out early and skips steps. Corporate McDonald’s is more worried about drive-through times than actual quality or customer service….

Almost every time I come here I get parked. Even when I only order one sandwich and a sweet tea. Im usually sitting for anywhere from 5-20 minutes. The sandwiches are usually made sloppily as well. It’s ridiculous.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Their customer service is horrible, the drive thru is packed and the lady at the window wants to get an attitude because she was speaking on the speaker but I wasn’t even up there yet. Our food just gets thrown in the bags, it’s just ridiculous… no sense of common sense our hamburgers have stuff outside of the wrapper, isn’t the burger fixing supposed to be put on the burger, not in the wrapper? Hmm I guess not! When the manager of day shift is here, it is ridiculous! Fries on the Resteraunt floor, mcds bags all on the floor. Etc! They need to do freaking better!

I placed a mobile order. Just a frappe shouldn’t take close to 10 minutes or more to give it to me. Usually I get it quick. But today. They seemed like they didn’t care when. And on top of that. My frappe looks like it’s been sitting for a while too (Whip cream)

I waited for almost 20 minutes for a curbside order I placed via the app. I watched people park, go into the restaurant, order, and walk out with their food before I even got mine. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one would answer. I had to walk up to the drive thru window to ask about my order. Also, I didn’t get any straws.I will not be going back to this McDonald’s.

I went through the drive through to order a sausage mcgriddle and an iced caramel macchiato. After paying at the 1st window, I pulled up to the 2nd window. I was given my food and asked to pull forward and wait….for an iced coffee. I waited 10 minutes with my kid and dog in the car. I watched multiple others drive away with coffee and food. I then got out, got my kid out and made my way inside. I waited behind an upset customer whose order was incorrect. Then, I was asked what I needed. I explained and was told my iced coffee needed to e remade. I then heard a girl, from BOH say loudly “someone being hateful?”…she was referring to me because I was disappointed that I had to wait for 10 minutes for an OVER PRICED iced coffee. I had my kid and dog…the whole reason I went through the drive through. She also stated she was the owners daughter….ma’am…I hope you’re reading this. No one cares who your Daddy is. If you daddy owns this establishment, he should do better and so should you.
