This place was really good. I ordered the meal that comes with chicken nuggets and with a sundae we got it about two minutes later the fries were warm and they tasted really good and they were salted. the chicken nuggets also taste good too. The sundae was the best. will come back soon

If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous. Yes they were busy, but they left our food sitting in the back to get cold the first time. Brought us someone else’s order the second time. Had us waiting 45 minutes for our food. Gave me my caramel frappe fully melted. I returned it, and they gave me it melted again. Awful.

If you go inside you better bring your winter coat. It was in the low 60’s and workers in the kitchen was even wearing coats. They are more interested in the drive thru than customers waiting at the counter. The manager on duty gave me a look when after we had been standing there for several minutes and I asked if anyone was working the front. No ketchup in the canister and was given 1 napkin apiece. Wife ordered a Big Mac with extra pickers and she got nit one pickel. Just dont go there.

The staff is kind and they work hard , the foods normally decent. I do dislike they took the buy one get one promo off the receipt while every other one around has it.i use to get McDonald’s atleast every other day feeding 3-5 people now we might eat their once a month because theirs just more affordable places with better food and it’s not so hot in the lobby I feel bed for the workers tho especially since that AC HASNT WORKED IN AT LEAST 2 YEARS!!!! Walked in with the kids to eat today and walked right back out cause it’s not even the hottest point of the day and it’s so hot in that lobby that I know them poor cooks are dripping the sweat over that grill. I’m sure that’s why the turn over is insane in that store

This place is horrible and needs to be fully restaffed!! I figured the other day id give this place another try on my way to work but nope they got my order wrong and other customers orders wrong. I ordered a biscuit and gravy, 2 mocha frappas and a steak mcmuffin. Now who the hell orders a BISCUIT N GRAVY AND THEN WOULD SAY NO BISCUIT???? SMH THE LADY WITH THE DORA THE EXPLORER HAIR CUT NEEDS TO NOT HAVE A ATTITUDE AND TAKE HER LEARNING COURSES AGAIN AND TO GET HEARING AIDS!!! ILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT MCDONALD’S EVER AND IVE TOLD EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY

Newest review for yet again another encounter. So I guess they do not have the screen that shows the food you order anymore so you can ensure that what you ordered is what they typed in and I asked multiple times for certain items. So after getting the food an item was missing and they messed up on one of the burgers so I just asked for mustard instead of returning the entire burger to make it easier. Well I guess it was an inconvenience because she went to the wrong register for my tap to pay and had to do it again. And she then proceeded to blame me and said it’s not my fault she added something on last minute like I told her twice I asked for 2 of the same items twice. I love how these workers blame the customers when I fully 100% know what I ordered because I had a list and had repeated it to the person taking the order. Also I don’t even complain about the hi c being trash. They forgot a lot of things so I went back in and switched the drinks myself since it’s such an inconvenience to do the job they chose. This McDonald’s is crap and there’s no good customer service here/ I even said thank you before she insulted me blaming me for their mistake. So yea I am going to be that person to tell you all you have some of the worst workers.

Went through drive through. Told us our total. Got to window she tells us a different total for the items we purchased. Got food. Fish was strong and fishy. Fries has lots of black specks all over them. Like pepper only don’t think it was pepper. Yuck….. NOT a good place to eat
