I go through here all the time and usually I have no problems getting my food but it’s always either sloppily made or they leave things off the order. I went through today and no one was at the speaker to even take an order. I later learned when a worker came out and told me the store was closed 40 min early. I had a mobile order and was not able to pick it up. Waiting in the drive thru for 40 min trying to get the attention of the workers did not work.

The food was awful. Too much salt on the fries, the buns were burnt, and in the end our stomachs feel like they’re turning inside out lol. The attitude was like no other drive thru experience I’ve had today and I would hate to think that they may have sabotaged our order out of spite. Come on, man. Where is the courtesy?

Absolutely atrocious service in the drive thru this morning. I ordered 2 bacon/egg/cheese biscuits, 2 hash browns, and a small gravy biscuit. That was for my wife and child. I had not gotten my part of the order placed when the drive thru worker taking my order cut me off with my total and told me to pull to the last window. Which the cashier had no idea the worker had told me to do so. Granted she did offer to add to the order but I do not have the menu memorized. So I did not get to place an order. I get it. It’s early. But if you don’t wanna be there just go home. Terrible.

Usually great service when I do drive thru but when I actually stepped inside the store not so much. I know it’s usually busy when I went in but that doesn’t take in the fact that the cashier didn’t get my order right and when I waited at the counter to ask about my order no one realized I was still there. I just gave up after about 10 minutes and just left.

This one has plummeted hard core. I went in ordered a mcdbl with mac sauce only with a lrg tea 18 mins later i walked out the door the girl that handed me my bag says that both sandwiches arent n the bag n i said is one with mac sauce only in here? Yes ty goodbye thats all i ordered as u can see by the receipt thats taped to the bag says ♀️ tje restaurant was filthy idk what was goin on prior to me walkin in but while there n as i left it wasnt busy enough to warrant it .. ill not go bk unless its under new mgmnt thats all im a say on it.
