Believe me or not, I had a genuinely good experience at this McDonald’s. I actually drive all the way from Louisville and decided to stop by, and I’m really glad I did. We came as two families together, and from the moment we walked in, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and well organized.
Ordering Happy Meals for the kids was easy and stress-free. The staff was friendly, polite, and patient, even with a larger group and multiple orders. They took their time to make sure everything was correct and communicated clearly, which I truly appreciated. It’s not always easy managing family orders, but they handled it very well.
The food was fresh, hot, and nicely packed. The kids were excited with their Happy Meals, which made the whole experience even better for us adults. The dining area was clean, tables were maintained, and the overall environment felt comfortable and family-friendly.
What stood out the most was the positive attitude of the staff. They seemed genuinely happy to help, not rushed or careless. For a quick stop after a long drive, this place exceeded expectations. I would definitely stop by again when traveling from Louisville and would recommend this McDonald’s to families looking for friendly service and a pleasant experience.

I unfortunately come here often as it is very close to my house. This has got to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve eaten at in 40 years. The workers are constantly saying they dont want to be there. Not ONE person can take an order correctly to the point I started using the kiosk to place my order. Then, once your order is in you can just sit down and relax. No matter how slow or busy it is, you are not getting fast service. After you get your food, and if by chance its correct, it WILL be cold. The soda machine in the dining room has been broken for months, so you have to go talk to them again for refills, which sometimes will take 2 minutes depending on how long the tik tok or reel playing on the associates phone is. I dont leave bad reviews. Look at my profile. I usually only leave great reviews when I do. I hope that the person in charge or anyone there that cares trys to do better. I’ll drive 20 extra minutes so I never have to deal with it again.

If I could leave zero stars i would!!! We pulled up to the drive thru window after paying and were pulled in to parking spot number 2… It’s 424 pm on a Monday. They have SEVERAL car in parking spots waiting for food. All we ordered was a large Carmel Frappe! That’s all it’s now y!!!

Terrible service from employee. We put a mobile order at 9:48pm and got there around 9:55pm. Waited along with other drivers almost 40min. The guy at the speaker was okay but when we pulled up to grab our food. The gentleman had the biggest attitude, not even hi or have a good night, the guy handed me my food and slammed the window with such an attitude. I looked over to my wife we both were confused on what has happened. We thought it was over, but as we are pulling off he forgot to hand us our Kids meal. So we had to get in line back again and explained the guy at the first window the other guy forgot to give us our meal, he told us to pull upfront and when we did and I told the guy he forgot our meal (he didn’t apologize) there was no speech and was gonna hand me the wrong food too (he’s been messing up orders), he put the food down with so much attitude got my kids meal and we left. Terrible service from this guy, i’m not a pleased customer. I’m very upset and mad. This is not Mcdonald’s fault but the service of his employee. I didn’t get his name but I got a picture of him.

815pm ordered on the mobile app, pulled up to the window, was told to pull up, they were making new fries, waited 8 to 10 mins, food came out, drove .7miles, fries are cold, under cooked, so what were we waiting on? Bun so hard on the mc chicken it was un edible

Good appearance restaurant inside, but older lady w dark hair and braid at the drive thru, just has an annoyed tone when speaking to you and it’s really rude and upsetting. I almost left.

Never fails. You could go to this location and be the only customer and they’d still have you pull off to the side for a burger and a drink. Ridiculous service always!!!
