Every time I go to this mcdonald’s it disappoints me. I haven’t been in a while and the day that I decided to trust them again they show me exactly why I shouldn’t. I’ve worked in reasturaunts enough to know that this chicken sandwich is past its hold time…I think I’m going to become a secret shopper, or maybe team up with the health department before I ever order from here again. I’m very disappointed with management who I assume is in charge of hot food hold times or at least training the “line cook” when a sandwich is not able to be sold to someone. It also came in a “spicy” bag. Almost didnt even open it, but will NOT be eating it. That is the last $7 I ever give to this location. Thanks mcdonald’s, my dog wont even eat that “chicken” sandwich, smh…

Thanks to Jeff (manager)and Courtney for the very positive Customer experience they provide, AND to whomever made my sandwich just the way I requested
(thus the 5 stars for Food).
I previously visited one time between Dec 26 -Dec 29 in the late evening. They had started the process of closing the Dining area, however, it was still available to Walk-in customers, so I got to enjoy all the Holiday decorations.
I visited this location a handful of times last year and I noticed and appreciated the tidiness of the restaurant, as well as the extra ‘Interior decorating’ this location does, even outside of specific holiday times; it adds a very welcoming feel to the visit, even if you can’t stay to Dine In. This location is distinctive for these extra touches….and for getting my order right (thumbs up & big smile).

We’ve been waiting in drive thru for 20 minutes now. Multiple cars at least 10 now has passed us we have been pulled from the drive thru timer. But yet your fryers only take 5-6 min for nuggets im not sure what to put for the Google review on how many people is recommended because it’s taking 30 mins for just 3

Been to this location many of times for breakfast, lunch and dinner and never have had a problem and surprisingly never with the ice cream machine. Staff are always nice and managers always makes things right if something is wrong without question. It’s how your approach is to others how things are handled in customer service.

I just went through the drive thru at morning rush & wow! Was it quick!! Fast & efficient! McDonald’s is McDonald’s. I know it’s fast food but when I saw the steak on the steak, egg & cheese bagel. I could only think of the old commercial, “where’s the beef”. As you can see by the picture, I have a lot of bun.. but it was tasty

Not a Quarter Pounder Deluxe (see picture) large fries were more like medium fries. The lady at second window had me pull up when not busy at all to wait for this? I will not be back. I can tell why not busy at lunch time.

Dining room is suppose to be open at 5am and it’s 545 and doors are locked and I’m starving. Ridiculous. Open when u say you open. Don’t be lazy. I would have a talk to the management.

Well, what can I say? Three stars is two more stars than before, and all it took was hot food, fast. Nevermind that the lettuce was not even ON the sandwich, but next to it in the box, and the fries ALWAYS need a couple minutes in the air fryer to be golden and crisp. It was hot food, fast, and for this location especially, that three stars is pretty much hitting it out of the ballpark in my book.
