This location was the worst I’ve been to in a long time! I came in for lunch the other day around noon-ish. I stood at the front counter without being acknowledged or greeted for 3-5 minutes. It was ridiculous and very frustrating needless to say. Since I was kind of in a hurry, I simply left and took my business down the street to the Latonia McDonald’s instead. I was well taken care of there. I’m sorry but ya gotta do better there guys!!

Ordered online in the app, I’m actually still in spot #5. Waiting 30 mins so far. 30 freaking minutes. What’s the point? I understand being busy but 30 minutes sitting in the pickup spot? They will probably forget the butter and syrup for my order again. I don’t understand. This is ridiculous. It is 10:58 still waiting, been here since 10:22. I guess I’ll go somewhere else from now on. It is now 11:00 no food.

By far, the worst McDonald’s I have ever went into have to wait 15 minutes before I get my food then I don’t get what I order trash all over the lobby signs all over the tables windows disgusting doors always locked by the bathrooms. I go into the bathroom, there’s stuff in the toilet Toilet paper all over the floor the team all back there listening to rap music not paying attention I come through the drive-through as well a different day and a little skinny blonde hit a girl cussing going all through the food in my lap. If I’m not mistaken, I think her name is Tiffany Very rude. I would never suggest this McDonald’s. I would suggest going to a different one.! Whatever store manager, they have up there running it she needs to To get their team and check as I’m a district manager and a corporate person and I pay very closely attention to this kind of stuff when I go to eat, and I will make sure I spread this word out to all my colleagues in my office! Several times I have come in there for breakfast and when I come inside the staff ignores me (and other guests I have encountered) while they focus solely on the drive thru customers. I have had to holler back to them thinking that maybe they didn’t see they had a customer at the front counter. They have been VERY RUDE and sarcastically told me to “Use the kiosk” to place my order and then continued to wait only on the drive thru. This is not a one time occurrence…this is SEVERAL times it has happened. If they don’t have the staff to wait on customers in the lobby then they need to lock the lobby doors!

Seriously the worst McDonald’s. Fast food is clearly not what you get here. I’ve been here several times as I live near here and everytime it’s seriously like a 10 min wait to get an order. This place sucks. DONT COME HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY. you’re much better off going out of your way to another place hell you could probably go to a sit down restaurant and still be finished before you were out of the drive thru at McDonald’s here

i genuinely never post serious reviews but this place is INSANE. ZACH is genuinely the rudest manager that place has any time i talk to him it is an argument NOT a conversation. i went a week ago and they couldn’t make my breakfast order said i would get a refund in 1-3 business days and that day never came currently on day 7 of that 1-3 business days and corporate and the 877 number will not answer my calls and when i called the store this morning (bc 877 number told me they would reach back out about my refund and points) the lady was very nice just sounded busy but after i already had a problem last week when i was there, again zach got on the phone with a tone like i had done something wrong, saying “how can i help you” im a very condescending way when the prior lady had just been explaining everything to him. he is also the one that told me 1-3 days and now he’s telling me 7-14 days. i mean anybody i talk to here from store to corporate have serious issues, if you don’t like ur job GET A NEW ONE i didn’t make you become a manager at ur local mcd

I ordered a 20 piece chicken McNugget A large fry and 2 3 dollar bundles after I paid I tried to order another Coke and they refused to add a Coke. I checked my order. They forgot my sweet-and-sour sauce that came with my 20 piece chicken McNugget totally rude. All I asked was for a Coke and they informed me I had to go back through the line . I’m like ma’am. What about my sauce and at that point they were just completely rude. Even taking pictures of me . And look at my fries how is this a large?

The lady in the driveway window gave me the wrong food and acted like it was my fault when I told them i just got a happy meal and drinks. Orders a slushy and she handed it to me while it was gushing all over, I asked them to make a new and she had nothing but attitude. My med shake was only half full. I asked to speak to a manager about everything and it made everything worse. Do not go during lunch or after school. The breakfast staff is amazing.

Went here after ordering online. When I got to the lobby for dine in sat down. Waited ten minutes and then was told milk shake machine was down. OK fine, was told they could refund difference and provide fountain drinks. Five minutes go by and a different person delivers food (no drinks at all) and says they can make the two small shakes but not the large. OK my kids are willing to wait. Twenty minutes go by, no milkshakes. No refund. No one came to explain situation to us. Never coming back.
