Im not kidding when I say anything in this review.
So my family and I flew into Cincinnati Airport and needed a late night dinner. We pulled into the drive thru, waited about 5 minutes for not a single car to move in front of us. I don’t even think that they had placed an order yet. As im sitting there waiting I look about 20 feet on front of us when I noticed something dashing across the parking lot. I assumed it was a squirrel or a cat. But no. It was a rat the size of an adult chihuahua. As we kept looking and watching it went underground by a tree and we started noticing more morbidly obese rats coming in and out of the ground around. I mean it when I say they had a whole family of 20 rats feasting and having an all you can eat buffet from the dumpsters. We decided not to even waste more time for food after seeing this and discovered more rats around the corner. I would stay clear of this McDonald’s until they get a brave exterminator to battle these rodents. Still makes me sick to my stomach when I have flash backs.

Upon picking up my order today there was a very unpleasant and bizarre innocent happened.
I had a very simple request after picking up breakfast, around 10 sandwiches for our team this morning. I ask for 12 ketchup packets and 12 green salsa packets. This simple request should be a none issue as I own a restaurant down the road.
The heavier set black woman in her late 50’s who was working there handed me the bag. I immediately NOTICED there was only 3 salsa packets, and brought it to her attention.
She then proceeded and lied not 1 time, but 3 times that there was more than 12 green salsa packets in the bag, then with tones of racism said you don’t need them anyway because they are for our burritos, then slammed the drive through door.
I will be going down today to get her name and file a formal complaint.
This is not ok and bad business.

I came from Chicago all the way to Cincinnati and I had a pleasant experience with the following two staff. Juju and Randy. These two are not just Polite they are professional kind, and loving. Made my food taste amazing. Thank you for being such an attentive and and professional staff. Thanks a lot all the way from Chicago. Cincinnati definitely has the best McDonald’s employees. Much love from Chicago and thank you for being so respectful all throughout our drive-through experience.

Excellent work and much appreciated the customer service from the 2 people working. Give these people more credit, they’re working a shortage and providing you food with a mile long line… SO WE HAD A Late night stop… thankful this location is 24 hours, the one in Bellevue closed suddenly for the evening. Food was made correct and it was hot. Did wait a long time due to door dash and drive thru limits. We thank you again for your service!! ❤️

Paid for items I didn’t receive couldn’t get a refund from manager. She told me I had to call a number I called the number filled out the forms it says I’m waiting for the store to approve the refund. Here I am a week later no refund and having to dispute it w my bank. Waste of my time no other store has made me go through this bs when they didn’t have an item. The cashier shouldn’t have cashed out my order KNOWING they didn’t have the item I ordered.

Today was the final straw. Placed a mobile order on the app at 10:15am only to arrive and see a sign saying sorry we closed for new years we will open at 11. Why am I still able to place and be charged for an order when the store is closed??? Not to mention the extended family of rats running around the parking lot and dumpsters.. someone needs to do an investigation and shut this place down.

Hours of operations say that the lobby is open until 11 PM. I arrived at 10:15 and the doors were locked. A nice customer let me in and I was told the lobby is closed, I explained that it says 11 PM and rather than trying to help me and just take my order, she simply told me nowhere closed

I live in Dayton and I’ve been coming to Cincinnati every weekend to paint the new Flight Club going in at 5th and Race Street I think it is and I’ve been going to this McDonald’s on the weekends and every time I go there the food is on point it’s fresh consistency definitely a good McDonald’s and whoever is manage in it and the team they got and they do really good
