The second time I order a caramel macchiato here, first time was drinkable at least this last time it was not even drinkable. I only come to town once in a blue moon, but when I do, I still have my coffees in the morning and I’m gonna have to start going somewhere else. I get off of work at 3 am and get there around 3:45 am. Every time I get there, they can’t serve me for at least an hour because the PoS system isn’t working. The few times I have been able to get served, my order has been wrong and the food is borderline at best. When I complain, management just brushes me off and says come back at a normal time. If you are going to be open 24 hours, then give your customers the best service 24 hours. I will not bother them again with my business.

There is a Nice sweet lady named VALORI (if that’s spelled right) that worked at the counter, we came in she said welcome-hello, she seemed just like a sweet person in general and her personality, it’s was amazing we was going to use the kiosk but she asked me and my Lady if we needed help, and I said sure, she said I can ring you up, up here over the counter we went up and ordered and she noticed that my Lady was a little shy, and said “you don’t have to be shy in here baby” in a carrying way not weird or anything like some people take. And I told her that she was actually sick and stuff and how she hasn’t been feeling good lately, and she was so worried about her being sick and stuff telling her that she just needed to go to the doctor and stuff and was genuinely worried when she didn’t even need to be she just has a job to do and get done but the sweet and kind so she is just lets her be even better! She even got out food for out dine-in and was amazing at that and extremely kind and generous!

My daughter was so excited on this day when we went out and stopped at this McDonald’s, after she said she wanted the cheeseburger, so that’s what I ordered, and I be damned if we don’t already make it halfway home, when she looks in it and see’s a 4 piece nugget in it instead!!! I mean, not even a dang 6 piece, but a 4 piece!! But on a positive note, she got a lil brighter eyed when she seen the toy that she’d been wanting, it’s one that she needed from the McDonald’s Toys Collection!! But, I was so dang mad when she told me it was nuggets!!! Mainly because of the ordeal I had B4 hand when ordering it to begin with, and it just made me think they done it out of spite!! I never complained or anything about it tho, I just wanted to forget about them messing the order up and end on the high note of her being thrilled by the toy!! But what I can say is, the food here, when you get the correct order, is some of the best McDonald’s food between the several neighboring city’s over!!

One of a series of really negative experiences after going through a cross-country road trip that started in Michigan and went south (in no small part because of experiences like this McDonalds). Customer experience was horrible here – people were not doing their jobs and the product they delivered was really bad.
If company management is reading this, this location had one of the worst McDonalds service qualities of any place I have been. It should be shut down!
