This is yet again another McDonald’s that has an issue making fresh food. The order I had the so called mccrispy was hard and it was cold. The bun texture was not soft especially being a potato roll. I had 2x apple pies that was hard and cold. 4 hours is what’s allowed till they have to be tosses, I watched them just throw a sticker on the box. But because I was hungry I wasted 12$ for garbage. You all need better management.

I ordered off of DoorDash around 9pm. I got a no.7 (Two cheeseburger meal) and had one and fries. Everything was good until I started on my second and I got a taste of something AWFUL. I actually have no idea what that is and when I called to complain or get an answer, the male that answered responded with “First of all, you can stop wasting our time with prank calls.” And hung up. I don’t understand why I was treated like that for just having concerns.

This McDonalds is really struggling with customer service and quality of the food. My breakfast this morning should have been a bacon bagel with extra bacon (additional charge of course) it was a combo so hash brown Included… I got this garbage instead … so I just handed McDonald’s $10 .. because this food went in the trash ..: couldn’t bite the hashbrown it was so hard .

Placed a mobile order never received it. Went through drive thru and they kept saying they didn’t have it there. Showed them it was the correct store and proof of order. Manager told me they’d just have to re ring up the order in order to give it to me (pay for it twice ) refused to refund. Never again
