Absolutely unbelievable. I used my points to get my daughter a free Happy Meal and they forgot the chicken nuggets. That is literally the entire point of the meal. How do you forget the main item. Are you serious.
To make it worse their phones are off so you cannot even contact them when they mess your order up. And this is not a one time thing. They mess something up every single visit. Missing food wrong items or fries that are clearly old and cold like they have been sitting for hours.
It is beyond frustrating to spend money or rewards just to get home and realize the order is wrong again. I should not have to check every bag like I am doing inventory just to make sure my kid gets what was ordered.
This place needs new management or some accountability because this is ridiculous. Do better.

10 pm- checked into spot for curbside pick up. 1020- tried to call went to voicemail so tried to go in. Both doors were locked.
1030 sat in drive thru line for 15 mins for my food to be cold. Had to ask them to remake fries I think they just microwaved plus absolutely not a grain of salt.
Didn’t make it out of the parking lot until 1045
2 other customers had the same experience.
The only upside is the employees were friendly. But If you’re not going to do curbside after 10- put up a sign!!!!

I ordered a mc chicken with only mustard, and when i go to open the sandwhich, it was only 2 buns, no chicken patty, i tried to call to get my refund but it went straight to voicemail all 3 times. im angry and want my money back, how the heck does that even happen? how do you forget the chicken? on a mc chicken?

This has to be the worst McDonald’s. I only go here because it is so close to my home.The food is always cold, especially the fries. When you ask for hot fries, they hand you another container of cold fries and tell you it will be at lest three minutes on hot ones. They give you half filled drinks, sometimes without any ice. It’s safe to say the owners don’t care because of all the negative reviews. They should seriously visit this store as a customer and see what kind of food they serve customers and how long it takes to get the wrong food that is consistently cold.

Tonite we ordered dinner from this McDonalds. 50.00 worth of food. My husband got 3 McRibs which are his favorite and he always looks forward to . Well, these McRibs weren’t made right even! There weren’t any onions on them!!! Barely any bbq sauce on them and in one of them, he pulled out a really long hair from it!!!! So disgusted , he threw the others away and even his fries!!! The nuggets were hard and old tasting. Fries were soggy!!! Was just terrible but my husband will probably never eat another McRib after that hair and how it was made! This was a very clean McDonald’s. I admit I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in years but we made quick stop on the way home. I had the quarter pounder with cheese and it was really good. The bathrooms were very clean and the entire store looked clean as well. Staff was also very nice. We made a good call on this one.
